Their services include nail maintenance for both hands and feet (manicure, gel, acrylic, french tip, dipping powder), different types of spa pedicures, waxing ( half off all waxing services Tuesday - Thursday ) facials, massages, and more! The employees here are always welcoming, and kind. I usually get a spa pedicure, and either a gel manicure or a full set. My pedicure is always up to par, and very relaxing. The pedicure I choose includes a foot scrub with callus removal for any rough spots I might have, hot stone rub with essential oils, followed by a 10 minute foot rub. My feet always feel like a baby's bottom after. My gel manicure or full set always turns out great, last for weeks, and after or during your manicure they give you a back massage as well! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only have a few employees(3) as far as i know, but yet so many clients. So wait time can feel like forever. Also it's easy to miss, and if you do miss it, it's a bit of hassle to drive back because you can't make a u-turn, you'd have to drive all the way around then bust a u-turn. First time here, got gel mani+pedi today and I loved it! Their prices are reasonable and the service is great! I didn't know about the massage chairs you sit while you get your pedicure done so I was extra relaxed almost sleeping lol Staff is very friendly, kind and professional, you see they know what they're doing. They were quick with everything without it being rushed and the prices were absolutely fair, I was happily surprised. She noticed the color I picked would come out too light so she happily matched a new one for me. My nails turned out great and the massage was amazing. This place is such a hidden gem that I even hate to give up my secret!! But this team deserves the praise--Joy and Momo are amazing and have given me the best manicures I've had in a long time. This is also the only place I've been to that doesn't rush your gel removal by filing your nails to nothing. So patient and so detailed oriented. My first time here was great but this time was subpar. I missed my earlier appointment because I was running around getting ready for our vacation tomorrow. I really appreciate that they were able to fit me in. Nina did my gel mani and pedi. I overly tipped at $8 on a $37 bill because I am a good tipper and I know how it is to live on tips. She was very clearly talking about me because she would ask me a question then talk in her native language to the other workers. That's just rude!! She went thru the motion of everything but only gave maybe 60% of herself. The water for my pedi was cold and she barely touched my feet. Needed to get my nails done a few days before my wedding, decided to give this place a try based upon reviews. I made a terrible mistake. Walked in and were ignored, finally they came to us and stuck my mother-in-law in a pedicure chair for 45 minutes. My four year old and I waited patiently only to be served with an attitude and then to be told they wouldn't even attempt to do what I wanted. Good prices on waxing and mani-peds if you go mon-wed. Tends to change owners often. I go here regularly because you can't beat the half off waxing specials, but some staff are great and some not to great. The staff can definitely be hit and miss. Find someone you like and try to schedule ahead of time with that person. Had a rude staff member do my eyebrow waxing once that was clearly in a rush. Recently the business has been being ran by a gentleman by the name of Joy. Today I went in for a mani-pedi . Joy gave me a warm greeting, grabbed me a dixi cup filled with water and put me in the hands of Katherine for my services. During this time I received the BEST PEDICURE I have ever had. Katherine was so considerate and really put a lot of effort into making sure I had a good experience. Katherine also gave me a callouses removal during the pedicure, which is an extra 10 dollars. This treatment is well worth the price as the procedure that they use is the most effective procedure I have seen in the removal of callouses. The manicure went great as well. Katherine did such a great job that I told her that she was my pedicure girl from now on. I highly suggest this nail-spa. Oh, and Mon-Wed 1/2 off any wax. I wanted to ask about eye lash extensions and the guy who is the owner of the salon was so RUDE and was getting frustrated with me because I asked if he has mink eye lashes and he couldn't understand what I was saying!!!
