I recently moved here and have been searching for a hair salon that could handle my Pandemic hair and came across this hair salon. I made my appointment at 530 thinking "oh it's a color and cut" but instead went in for the unexpected. From the moment I went in and met my miracle worker Heather I felt at home. Heather was so sweet, warm and personable. She took the time to hear what I had to say and looked at the color ideas I had. I never felt rushed or made to feel unrealistic instead she was honest and gave me options to think about, I mean Rome wasn't built in a day and the state of my hair was proof. I think she needs therapy after this LOL. I do have a lot of hair but being the true professional she is, she took on the challenge and surpassed what I expected I literally was emotional. I went in feeling horrible about my appearance to feeling pretty and confident. Makayla (I hope I spelled it correctly) was amazing and patient. I kept them all after closing which I felt horrible about but not once did I hear a huff, a puff or an eye roll Everyone there was awesome not one person made me feel out of place or uncomfortable and that speaks volumes especially during this tough time. The salon was clean and adhered to the COVID sanitizing protocol which was key and the decor was warm,, classy and inviting. I will definitely absolutely % come back here again. Have been going to this salon for over 10 years, Danielle is the best! Also used Danielle and Heather for my own wedding, hair came out amazing, and for several friends' weddings as well. They are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to accomodate me when I have free time. I am moving to SC in a few days and will still make a point to have my hair cut by Danielle the few times a year I come home. No other salon will do!
