Horrible experience. If someone is not happy with the work you do and you are willing to come back and fix it. It shouldn't be met with an attitude!! (All she wanted was some more blue put in because you could hardly see it. It was hidden underneath and none on top) He was clearly annoyed by this. Unfortunately David ruined my daughter's hair. Black with blue highlights is what she wanted. Had a clear picture of what she wanted. It is all different colors, uneven, chunky, missing spots, it is just all over the place and it is breaking off. She has senior pictures the end of this month so she is clearly upset and he tells her she is ungrateful before we leave. read more

Terrible place, terrible service, terrible people. We showed up as scheduled for an appointment. The salon had us wait 45 minutes! I had an event to attend, so I had no choice but to wait it out. I grew up around the block from the hair salon. I have been going there since they opened. I highly recommend. The service is awesome, the people are great and the prices are affordable. Salon Neveah is extremely accommodating. I started bringing my two young daughters last year and the hairdressers there are extremely patient. I just cut off about 13 inches of my hair today. Angela, my stylist, did a fabulous job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back. The whole staff was also extremely patient with my eight-month-old son who was extremely noisy and upset stuck in his stroller unable to crawl around. I tried to get a babysitter, but it didn't work out. They were extremely understanding and I couldn't be more grateful that they dealt with his crankiness to help give me a great haircut. I don't always get a chance to get out and get things done for myself, especially since he was born. It was nice that they were so understanding. read more

You are treated like family here! Teddy has been cutting my hair for several years now and I trust him 100%. He is extremely talented. Since I'm a busy medical student, Teddy works with my hair to give me a low maintenance cut that lasts months and looks fabulous. The salon staff is great as well. my wife has used Teddy's salon after being referred to him from a close friend. she was seen by him in the beginning of June. he came to my house to do my wife's hair because of Coronavirus they were unable to see her at the salon. typically when my wife gets her hair done she's normally out for about an hour to an hour and a half. I was upstairs with my dogs and he was in and out of the house in under 15 minutes and left with the materials still in her hair and his response was" if there's anything wrong give me a call and I'll come back and fix it" when my wife washed the material out of a hair it ended up turning her hair a red color instead of lawn which she has done for a few years now. she reached out to Teddy the following day to tell him what was wrong and he avoided her for close to a week. after I had reached out to him and told him that I wanted a refund he finally got in contact with my wife telling her that it's the salons policy not to refund money but he would be willing to come to the house and fix whatever was wrong. now let me ask you a serious question after you using a salon and a hair stylist for about a year now that came to you from a close personal friend who uses him as well without a problem. He comes to your house does your hair leaves the chemicals in it and says if there's anything wrong let me know and I'll fix it. Then Dodges you for a week refuses to refund your money and his only solution is I'll come to your house and fix my botched work which should have been done correctly the first time around. would you legitimately want him coming back to your house to try and fix your hair after you just spent $300 a week ago. it's sad to see that this is the kind of botched work that this hair salon produces. needless to say I had to spend another $200 and have my wife go to a different person to fix Teddy's mistakes. it's sad to I think that this sort of service is actually allowed. none of this would have had to have progressed to the level it is if you either did the job correctly the first time around are offered a refund to the horrible job you did on my wife's hair. If you value your hair and are looking to not have to pay someone else twice to fix what the hair stylus teddy should have done right the first time, you'll chose a different salon right from the beginning and never chose this salon read more

I have been using Angela for 4 years now and am never disappointed. She did my wedding updo and has done updos for me for other weddings as well, she has also done my bridal make up and it was exactly what I wanted and lasted all night. I have very curly hair and she has also done keratin treatments on me. What I love is that the same stylist is skilled to do it all- cut, color, treat etc no nonsense. Since I have been seeing Angela I have referred my sister to her. Angela also did my sister's bridal updo and makeup and it was perfect! My husband also sees Teddy and loves the haircut he gets and the attention to detail. Teddy has also done my updos and makeup for occasions when Angela wasn't available. The price is very reasonable for services provided and the salon is trendy and clean. I would recommend making your appointment for "off-peak" so you won't have long wait times. read more

I used to be a very loyal customer along with my family. Almost a year ago now the stylist "teddy" borrowed 250$ from me for what was supposed to be 3 hours and still refuses to return the money. The day after he stole this money he never showed up to do my mother's hair we scheduled a week or two prior. Sad. He's gotten really bad. read more

I had a fantastic first experience at Salon Nevaeh! The staff were all very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. My color was done by Alyssa and cut by Emily and my hair looks and feels amazing! Scheduling was a breeze, and I was taken in to the chair within a minute of arriving for my appointment. Prices are reasonable and fair, and the salon itself is very clean and well kept. The staff all work well together--assistants are readily available to the stylists at all times and I noticed that they are constantly tidying up and replenishing towels, supplies etc., so that everything runs smoothly. From start to finish, it was a perfect experience. I am glad that I found a new salon and would highly recommend them. read more

I just want to say this by far is the most professional , understanding and all around amazing Salon i have ever been too. I had recently gotten a really bad hair cut and it happened the day before i was going on vacation so i decided to stop in this Salon and take my chances to see if someone could fix my awful cut. The salon just opened when i walked in....i was greeted by a fabulous gentleman Teddy who i explained my situation and he told me to sit right down and he would take me before his first client. Not only did he give me the exact cut i wanted he was so kind and sympathetic!! When i went to the counter the girl behind the counter who also was amazing gave me Teddys card then told me to have a great vacation. My jaw dropped because they did not charge me at all because of how much money i spent the day prior in the other salon and i come to find out Teddy is the owner of the Salon you would never know thats just how down to earth he was. If i was allowed to give more than 5 stars i definitely would. Im actually glad i got a bad cut because then i would have never found this Salon. So if your looking for a high quality haircut with amazing an amazing atmosphere definitely go to this salon!!! I will never go anywhere else !!! read more

I was recommended by a friend to try this place. Huge mistake. I'm sorry, I know they do good work, but that wasn't my experience. I don't know what the hell happened. The first picture was the example I gave them for my hair color. Burgundy red. They bleached the hell out of my hair, which I was later told by another salon that wasn't necessary. Then put the dye in it, and the result was the second picture. Some weird pinkish red with blonde and brown pieces that were apparently missed. I was pretty upset, asking how they thought that looked anything like what I had wanted.... it wasn't even close. It was light colored and I had clearly wanted something, ya know...dark burgundy red. Not even close. So I told them no way, I want what I showed you. So they agreed to fix it...."fix" by dumping pure purple into it. Which leads me to the second and third pictures of the purple.... still not what I asked for. What the actual f**k. I'm not applying for a job at hot topic, i work in an office. The burgundy is fine, but I can't walk around in a professional setting with manic panic hair. So again I said, no way, this isn't what I wanted, please pleaseeee fix this. And yes, even though all this utter bulls**t, I still wasn't rude or nasty. I was almost at the verge of tears at some points because I couldn't believe I had to beg them to fix how crappy it was, while I know they looked at me as if I was being ridiculous. I want burgundy hair, like the picture. So again, they dyed my hair, idk what the hell they added but it looked brown with the hair dye on it. But FINALLY the end result was at least close enough to what I wanted. At that point I was over it, my neck was killing me from them pulling on my head every which way, and constantly bending my neck back at the sink. Oh, did I mention I was stuck there for 6.5 HOURS! All that, damaging the s**t out of my hair, and it cost me over $200. Yeah so, never again. Jesus Christ what a nightmare. read more

The Best Professional Salon around... I waited for an appointment after seeing my Chiropractors beautifully done haircolor.. I am sooo glad I went .. Teddy took time to understand what look I wanted, educated me on coloring and gave me a nice cut. All colorists and stylists should take lessons from Teddy! He really knows what it takes to run a shop! EXCELLENT.. The only negative is that I didn't find this shop sooner! Make an appointment I'm sure you'll be happy! read more

Wow! I'm surprised this salon has so few reviews! I've salon hopped for the last few years, looking for a perfect match. I found it at Salon Nevaeh and Kirsten! I went for the first time in July and was very pleased with my cut and the advice Kirsten offered. My second appointment was today and Kirsten went above and beyond! She asked plenty of questions and we actually decided to do a glaze during my hair cut! I left not only with a fabulous cut (which I expected) but an improved color to my hair! I went here on a friends advice and could'nt be happier. The staff was friendly and professional and really made me feel truly appreciated. My stylist was Teddy and he was amazing. He listened, gave me plenty of advice and gave me an amazing cut. So many times I have gone to a salon and asked for a cut that really either didnt work with my hair or with the shape of my face. So to hear professional advice about what colors and what cut would look good with my hair type and the shape of my face is golden. He truly cares about his customers, which is rare to find. I was so happy I went back three weeks later for a color. The highlights came out AMAZING.... I got so many compliments on it. He takes absolute pride in his work,and it shows.
