I had Cindy last time and she was so attentive. I'm a new mom and am always taking care of everyone else first. She was working on my feet and checked in to see if I was ok and to make sure she didn't hurt me. It doesn't sound like much but to be so taken care of by a stranger was a nice feeling. Billing errors happen, but calling a customer hours later to correct their own mistake felt very unprofessional. It left a bad impression, and because of the way the situation was handled, I won't be returning. There are too many nail salons in the area with better customer service for me to come back here.
