We luv'd this pho!!! My family grabbed a quick bite to eat after shopping at the mall. We have been talking about finding a good pho restaurant in the area and I think this may just be our new go-to! My in-laws ordered shrimp dishes, both tasted great! My husband and I both had seafood noodle bowl with veggie broth. We really enjoyed our food and the added sauces they provided on table and by request (such as the hot oil). The restaurant had a noticeably clean smell and the service was quick and efficient. The drink robot is a cute addition to the experience. Food- 4.5/5 Service- 5/5 Ambiance- 5/5 read more

I ordered a late night pick up order, and TLDR I was sorely disappointed. The pho was incredibly greasy--there was a huge layer of fat over the broth that I had to skim off before I was able to eat my food, and even then it felt very oily. I was impressed with the amount of meats that came in the pho, but then realized that many of the meats were stringy/chewy. The broth was also meh; not very rich or flavorful, just salty light broth that didn't taste like it was boiled for hours, or maybe there weren't enough bones/good stuff in the broth while it was cooking. The spring rolls were also very subpar and loosely wrapped, causing all the toppings to fall apart the minute you bite in. I'm pretty disappointed with this place as I was hoping for a go-to Vietnamese joint, especially one that has longer open to close hours than other Viet restaurants around the area, but this will not be the case for me. I will say that I've tried this franchise from another location and it was our go-to spot there. However, comparing these two locations, it was almost like 2 completely different restaurants. read more

Nice decor inside. Love the ambiance. However my food has black pieces of rubber in the broth. I swallowed some until I noticed the black rubber pieces in the bowl as I got to the bottom of my food, I saw those black rubber pieces at the bottom on my bowl then I realized what stuck in my teeth earlier was those black rubber pieces in my food. Yuck. I didn't have my phone with me or else I would've taken pics read more

Popped in with a friend during Lunch hours. It wasn't too busy. Service was quick and staff was nice. I ordered the Bún tôm thịt nướng chả giò ( Vermicelli with Grilled Pork, Shrimp, and Spring Rolls) which was really tasty and filling. I wanted to try the Honeydew smoothie but they didn't have any. My friend had a Tofu and Veggie Phở that she enjoyed. We both had leftovers. Hopefully, on a future visit I have the chance to try the smoothie along with their other dishes. read more

My family and I recently visited I Luv Pho and unfortunately, we had to leave before even eating because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member at the front desk. We were looking forward to the food, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The staff member's attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is why we decided to leave and not be seated. It's really disappointing when something as simple as customer service ruins an experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their service. No one should have to feel disrespected when they're simply trying to enjoy themselves. read more

I've been to this location a few times and recently came back to when visiting family. While not the best bowl of pho in Atlanta, it definitely hits the spot if you live in the area and do not want to take the drive to Buford Highway. The parking is plentiful since it is located in a mall. The restaurant is huge and beautiful, though this can be seen as a downside sometimes because their service staff is quite small, and it can be hard to get their attention sometimes. I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli since it was a hot day, and I did not want a hot broth. It was so refreshing with all the fresh veggies, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Overall, I Luv Pho Kennesaw can definitely hit that spot if you're craving pho and do not want to take the drive or if you are looking for some late night eats! read more

I usually love this place but lately the staff has been ignoring us on the patio. my husband sat out there last night for over 35 mins and no one even took his order. Many people came in after him and they were served and welcomed and my husband was ignored we have been faithful customers for 5 years and this is just so disappointing. I wish I didn't have to write a bad review but this is like the 4-5th time this has occurred in the last few months and I think something needs to be said about it. read more

The service is very slow ! The only thing that came quickly was from the robot(water) we had to flag down a waiter to take our order. Yes they were busy yet didn't have the staff to handle their customers. Once we called someone over he complained about being busy and too many customers. The food was good yet took forever then I had to waive the waiter down for check. He expected a 15% tip which he didn't deserve then I asked for a receipt and he pushed no receipt Wow guys this place needs to step up their game. read more

This pho location was underwhelming. The ambiance is clean. The servers are polite. The kids got a kick out of the machine that served us drinks. The fried rice combination was delicious. The lemon pepper chicken wings were good. The food took a long time to get ready. The egg rolls were over fried. My kids felt divided about the steak sandwiches. The steak was seasoned well, but it was really chewy. I had mixed vegetables with noodles X0101. The dish was overlerly oily. read more

Pho here was surprisingly pretty good. The broth was flavorful and refreshing. The portion sizes were very fair and appropriate. The spring rolls were really great, highly recommended. Service was also very timely and kind. They were playing a lot of pop cover songs which I thought was kind of weird but other than that, enjoyable experience. Would probably go back if in the mood for pho or to try their bahn mi sandwiches. read more

Sooo happy they opened a location here! We got takeout here on a Sunday night at 10pm and food was done is 15 mins & ready packed in the most organized packaging. Everything is neat and separate and packed so it doesn't move around I got the tofu pho with beef broth & there's so many tofu & vegetables in here! Super flavorful, filling & delicious Also, the liquid is literally the perfect amount to fill the bowl to the rim with the toppings like it's down to a science on this one. They give you sooo many side veggies too for topping like basil, lime, hoisin, Sriracha, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapenos The soup was still hot enough to loosen my noodles when I got it home too. Definitely coming back here! read more

This is located at the front of town center mall, easily accesssible with both a mall entrance and outside entrance. Parking can be challenging during peak mall hours, but usually a bit easier later in evening Love the authentic flavors of this spot, and more traditional Vietnamese dishes outside of pho and banh mi. Their hu tieu and bun Bo hue are quite tasty and not something you can find unless heading out to BuHi corridor or Duluth/Gwinnett Plenty of space for large groups or seating for two. Family run, which is great to see Enjoy! read more

Updated! Came back for Bun Bo Hue again. They made it properly this time. Even checked with us for the right item when they brought the food out. My boyfriend like their rice plates. My experience with their Pho & Bun Bo Hue had been good until last time. My Bun Bo Hue only got the small pork leg & blood cubes, no Hue pork sausage, no beef flank. When I checked with the server, the kitchen sent out a small bowl of raw beef tenderloin that ruined my experience. However the broth was good that made up my disappointment a bit. Hope they can keep up with consistent quality for their price. read more

We had 3 set of family and I ordered the same time with my family but my food came the very last where everyone was almost done eating their food. When I asked if my food was coming the waiter responded rude "you will get your food when I see it in the counter ready!" My food should've came out first since I literally just ordered Vermicelli dish and everyone had complicated orders. I waited more time and finally got my Food and it tasted disgusting! The meat was not fully cooked and the egg rolls tasted old. Not to mentioned bathroom was disgusting and a lot of flies was inside the bathroom! Definitely not coming back here and I'll make sure to spread the words to my friends and more family. Don't waste your money and time here! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE WAITER! DIRTY BATHROOM! Lovely restaurant located at Town Center Mall. The ambiance was cozy, and the restaurant was clean. I ordered online and my order was ready at the time the website said it would be. When I walked in to pick up my order i was a tad early. An amicable young man came out to greet me and let me know my order was being prepared and it would be out shortly, he even gave me a bottle of water while i waited. I ordered the Pho Tom Shrimp which came with lots of shrimp and veggies. My meal was flavorful and tasty. I even had enough left over to eat for lunch the next day. Overall 5/5: Recently visited this location in Town Center Kennesaw for the first time. Food 5/5: Their menu was extensive and I wanted everything on the menu. Fortunately for us, they offered special combos which gave you the option to choose a pho and a banh mi. My boyfriend and I went with the special combo 1 with the grilled pork banh mi and brisket pho. We also got the shaking beef. All three dishes had amazing flavor, but my definite favorite had to be the banh mi. The bread was fresh, the meat was flavored perfectly, and the veggies were crisp. I honestly haven't had a banh mi that great in awhile. Service 5/5: Our server was extremely personable and funny. She was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations and answered any questions we had. She knew how to read tables really well. We ourselves were a large party and back to back she took a few more and never did she neglect any of us. Vibe 5/5: This is the biggest location of I Luv Pho I've seen. It was very clean inside and modern designed. They also had those little server robots which was fun. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you, I Luv Pho Kennesaw! read more

My first bowl of Pho in over a year since the pandemic. We were huge fans of this place across from sweet hut in Doraville so when we found out there was one in Kennesaw it was great. Good food , clean inside and kind service. The food is a great value both the medium and extra large have a ton of meat and the broth is very tasty. Herbs were fresh and abundant. The chicken Bhan Mi was nice a juicy. Best part is that their menu has such variety. Next time i will get the rice dishes. Awesome Comfort food. $13.95 for an extra large is a steal because of the righteous amounts of proteins in both the beef and chicken pho. Will be back. Also to the person who gave this place a 1 star review on a to go order. First off you really shouldn't get pho to go if you have never had it before , secondly the raw meat is because the broth is warmed and the meat is added that's pho !!! You should be ashamed of your ignorance in that review. Get some culture. read more

The food is good but recent menu changes $17 for a medium size soup is too much for lunch. You are in a mall this soup is big enough to share but why not split it down to get more customers. I would recommend I luv pho. The food was good and reminded me of a place we loved in California. The service was OK, when we needed to go it took a while to get someone's attention. Excellent food and service as usual! We got the pork and shrimp spring rolls and roast chicken and rice noodles

Good food, robots are neat, but everything around the edges was a bit off. I got a Medium Brisket Pho along with Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls. Drinks are brought out by Robot. I've seen Cat themed robots which are obviously better, but these are pretty good as well. They don't even require humans at all; the robots can be sent back to their docking stations easily. I thought those were the coolest part of the experience. The rolls are good! No complaints, and there's more than enough Peanut Sauce. The Pho is also tasty, although perhaps a little bit light on brisket. Their idea of a Medium is still very big, and I would only recommend a Large for the insanely hungry, or for pairs (If you could even consider Pho a duos thing). As for the demerits... my waitress was bizarrely pushy with me paying. I'm sure that she would have come back if I said not yet, but it was odd to be told the total bill about four bites into my meal. Payment is done via Toast portable check out machine, so your card always stays with you. It's a bit different. Additionally, they use a relatively strong (Clorox) lemon bleach disinfectant for the tables. It wasn't noticeable when I was sat down, but when the table next to me was cleared, the smell was quite pungent and noticeable for the rest of my meal. This is somewhere around 3.5 in all honesty, and would be higher for a to-go order as the food itself was solid. The price wasn't bad either. The service though, is more a miss than a hit. read more

Service was extremely slow! For a party of four, we waited 17 minutes before anyone took our order, and we never received the water we asked for. To make matters worse, the food was bad. Before starting this review, I will say this is not like the other I Luv Pho locations. This location tops the other ones. This restaurant has WON ME OVER! Hands down! Located in Town Center Mall at the Food Court entrance. The anticipation of the opening of I Luv Pho was well worth the wait! They have a cute patio area but unfortunately it was raining this day so we were not able to utilize it. However.. Interior is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and they are making sure everyone is 6 ft away from each other. All staff is wearing masks. Immediately you will notice they give you bottled water instead of an open cup. Right now, they are offering free egg rolls with each table to celebrate their opening. We ordered chicken nuggets for the kids (which was $6 for the nuggets, fries AND a fountain drink -- you can't beat that!), a medium P10 and a XL P10. First of all, the XL was MUCH larger than we anticipated..especially for the low price! We were very pleased with the portion size and how flavorful the broth was. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for your local pho cravings and we have definitely found our new favorite place. read more

Imagine anticipating the opening of a "chain" where you've had great experiences with at their other locations, loved the food, flavor and flair, and appreciated the service of the managerial staff because they were competent, helpful and overall showcased excellent customer service. None of that exist here. Like, none of it. At all. Drive to Chamblee, pick up a $2 box of ramen, or go to the farmers market and rack up on a good Pho recipe because this spot isn't it. 1. They were out of SIMPLE yet multiple items on the menu (i.e; no juices for the drinks, no fries for the nuggets, etc) 2. There was no notice posted about the unavailable food items, so it was a constant situation of ordering, waiting, then being told that an item was out. 3. We had 3 young kids/toddlers with us, so soup wasn't an option. We ordered the nuggets meal which came with fries. Learned later that they were out of fries, so I asked if they could simply reduce the nugget meal cost. Makes sense right? Waitress says of course, then comes back later saying that the manager says no, we HAVE to choose a substitute for the fries and that he would not reduce the cost of the meal. At a Pho restaurant y'all. After going back and forth with the manager to no avail, we decide to sub for rice. Cool. Except, 10min later the nuggets come out with no rice because the chef added 2 extra nuggets to the nugget orders when the normal quantity is 4. You read that right. We were refused the substitute that we were forced to pick because they ran out of food and refused to discount the meal to reflect it....because they added an extra nugget. 4. The adults had a mix of ramen, noodle soup and Pho (P10). I've had Pho plenty of times but this was the first I've had where it was just bland. There was no flavor, and no amount of toppings helped at all. It was really a disappointment because HOW DO YOU MESS UP PHO?!? Most of the process requires you to season the meat and marinate it for hours before stewing it for ADDITIONAL hours, and yet this tasted as though someone saw us pulling into the parking lot then remembered that they forgot to take the meat out the freezer. Overall, we were 1 of 4 tables occupied out of over a dozen available, so I'm guessing that word has already gotten around about this place. Word of advice, replace owner, find a better manager, fire the cook asap, but keep the wait staff - they were the only ones passionate about customer service, meanwhile the manager literally stood in one spot watching the entire time *deep dramatic sigh* RIP Charming Charlie's read more
