Great spot for some great food! It's in a house turned restaurant and has friendly staff, an extensive menu, and great Thai tea! I would definitely come back again. This place has a cozy vibe and great pad Thai.

Pad Thai is the dish I judge all new Thai restaurants by, this was good pad Thai! The cabin has a very chill atmosphere and friendly staff! My brother had the curry pans h and said it was very good as well.

The service was extremely slow here. The food had good flavor. This is one of the only Thai places that actually made my food spicy the way I like it! I was not a fan of the tea rose dumplings as this is the first time I have had it with a texture similar to biting into water chestnuts.

I went here today and ordered the Massaman curry with chicken and the Tom yum soup with chicken. I really appreciated that they had a lot of vegetarian options as well as sometimes I like to opt for a meatless dish. I am taking off one star because the room I was sitting in had a mildewy type of smell. I'm not exactly sure what it was, but it didn't smell fresh inside. However, I will say the curry dish was really really good! I love the consistency of the curry. I wasn't a fan of the chicken though which is also why I am taking a star off. I would be back here though. The service was really good and the prices were reasonable!

A small restaurant right off a back road, Bangkok cabin was an interesting little place for a Saturday night dinner. Ambiance - while it was small both outside (parking is tight!) and inside, it was overall clean and inviting. There's also beautiful paintings and sculptures which adorn the shop and acknowledge the Thai heritage 5/5 Appetizers - we ordered the papaya salad with Thai Hot heat. It was good and flavorful, although we weren't sure what to do with the quarter head of cabbage and the lettuce leaf underneath. I tend to eat spicy so Thai Hot just left my mouth a little tingly, which was great 4/5 Entrees - Green Curry: it was really flavorful and had a good variety of veggies. It went well with the steamed rice and was a good portion size. 4/5 Pad thai: I found this pad Thai to be a little too saucy (seemed like a ketchup-based sauce). As a result it was a little too sweet and sour for my taste. It was less umami and salty, which wasn't my favorite 2/5 Pad see ewe: I'm not sure if it was just an off day in the kitchen but this tasted stale. There was an off putting flavor that I could not put my finger on, it was not palatable at all. I didn't take more than a bite. 1/5 Overall service - the waitress was friendly, and because I didn't touch the pad see ewe after a bite, she did take half off of the dish which I appreciated. 5/5 Overall, I appreciate that there are small businesses developing the food scene in the area and hope they continue to progress!

This place was filled with happy guests and you can tell it's been around for a while. The food was great, although I was expecting a bit more from the panang curry as it's one of my favorite Thai dishes. Their Thai hot spice level is really something else so I'd recommend treading lightly. Friendly service and cute interior decorations. A bit on the pricier side but worth a visit if in the area. Would be back to try some other entrees.

The servings of pad Thai shown in the pictures look to be only about 3/4 of a normal size. Are their servings smaller than most restaurants?…

I would say they are a good quantity , you might not have leftovers but you'll be really full

Today my wife and I were intentionally seeking out something spectacular. I found Soi 3 Thai Street Food here on Yelp (as one should do) and I felt good about what I saw, from the menu, to the pics, to the reviews. My god I'm glad we turned off of the main drag and came here. We were greeted and seated right away. We came a little early and it was not too busy. Service wise, our experience started off REALLY well. Our server was Tarik. This place better hang on to this guy. When I say it was the best service in 5 years in any restaurant I've eaten in lately, I am not exaggerating. We let him know that this was our first time in and asked for recommendations. He went through each of the sections with us and highlighted a few. He really knows the menu and that's increasingly rare these days in most restaurants. I landed on the Gai Yang Chicken which was a quarter chicken with both white and dark meat. This had the smokiest, garlicky flavor that I will dream about. It came with lettuce wraps, carrot sticks and the most amazing Nam Jim Jeaw sauce which was unreal. Fish sauce and fresh herbs and scallions. How could you go wrong? Tangy, herbaceous, a little sweet and salty. Pro move suggested by Tarik: Make lettuce wraps with what you get and dip it in the sauce. My wife had the Gaeng Massaman Gai. Hands down some of the best Massaman curry I have ever had anywhere. It was more brothy (is that a word?) than I've had, but a lot of times when you order this dish, the potatoes make it super thick. This was lighter with fresh potatoes and pearl onions that were sweet from the sauce, almost like grapes oddly enough. Really loved the textures of this dish. We had purple Jasmine rice which was excellent. The only slightly disappointing dish we had was our dumpling appetizer. Not a lot of flavor there and I would have loved a little heat in the sauce or the dumplings. Really not bad but I would have skipped that. The restaurant had a very nice vibe. The lighting was perfect for pics and ambience. Looked like it had a well stocked bar and many selections from wine to beer and cocktails. I absolutely loved this place and our experience and service was 10 stars! Will definitely ask for Tarik each time and we will be back. Run to this restaurant!

I really don't know what happened here …read more.. Against our better judgement, a friend and I chose this place as a back-up option since our first choice was closing for lunch orders. Admittedly, I was skeptical when I saw the limited menu and some of the options (I LOVE Thai food and have had variations in many parts of the world). BUT I was encouraged to know there were at least two vegan entree options on the menu. No. Never again. Not at all. The spring rolls were the most minuscule versions I've ever had. The casing was weird, to say the least, and the flavor was barely there. We ordered a broccoli entree to share. Check out the photos for yourself. WHERE IS THE BROCCOLI?!? My friend's meal was BLAND. My meal was better but the peppers were almost raw. The BEST thing we had was the roti. ROTI. At a Thai restaurant. The absolute best thing on the menu was roti?! No meatless curry options with ample veggies. Not one rice dish, served with veggies. Lots of chicken ‍. Lots of fish oil ‍. Roti was the best thing we ate. And don't even bother with the purple rice. Absolutely disappointed. The server was kind although our 2nd order of roti went to the wrong table - they gladly accepted it with no questions asked - because she was conducting what looked like an interview in between checking on our table. If you've read my reviews you know anything less than 4-5 stars is RARE. I honestly don't understand what happened during my experience at this restaurant but definitely will not be returning.

Our food was served in mere minutes after placing our orders. The ingredients were fresh, veggies crunchy, and meats not overcooked. I would have preferred the meats to have been velveted though to retain moisture and tenderize the texture. The food was tasty but not quite as flavorful as some other restaurants I've tried. There was no lunch menu, just an all day selection. Prices seemed quite reasonable though the portions were moderately sized as well. The bowl of rice with each entree was definitely needed for a satisfying meal. Too bad there was no lunch combo offered with soup and spring roll. The atmosphere was a very comfortable casual one and appeared quite clean. It had an open kitchen so you can hear your food being prepared and even take a peek if you were so inclined. Worth a try and a revisit since it's fairly close by for us.

We added shrimp to the basil rolls. The pieces weren't wrapped tightly so the lettuce (not basil) was spilling out of them. The peanut sauce wasn't like I've had anywhere else- it was watery with peanuts floating on top. My husband's Pad Woon Sen had great flavor but the thin rice noodles were overcooked and mushy. My Pad See U was the best I've had in years! The chicken & veggies were cooked to perfection & the flavor spot on. The noodles were overcooked also. Hopefully the chef can adjust that for future patrons. My daughter enjoyed her Sweet & Sour Chicken. It looked soupy but came with rice to sop up the sauce. Yum!
