I stopped here years ago for an impromptu pedicure, and was horrified by the fact that the big toenail's corners were cut away. The tech had minimal English language skills and at any rate, once they are cut, what can be done? I did not go back for years, but one day I was in a desperate state with little time (back issues, can't bend to do my own!) Can you believe that the tech did the same thing! It all looked normal until boom! Corner cut off. I won't go back, their language skills are not sufficient to make your preferences known. read more

I really was hopeful this nail salon would be great since they are really close to my home. Unfortunately I paid $25 plus a $5 tip for nails that started chipping off not even 24 hours after I got them done. Not to mention $25 for a basic manicure seems really over priced. Just sucks that I wasted $30 for nothing. If I wanted nails that lasted not even a day I would have painted my own nails for free. Very disappointed. read more

Just no. This place is close to my office so it gets 1 star for convenience. The nails One of my hands was evenly shaped so it gets a star for that. $45 for dipped nails .. that were totally jacked up on my left hand, even on the right. Residue left around nails and overall lacks shine. Shoutout to my friend who has a nail file that I borrowed to correct the ugly left hand. Bottom line - if you have only one hand, you'll be happy. They were doing my toes and nails at the same time. The toes were done. only like a little on the nails. she stopped and told me she would be back soon. she worked on customer that just entered store and completely finished her while i waited over 45 min. I did not understand why she just left me. I guess I was just was not important enough to them. read more

I would never go back or ever recommend this place... The way that I was treated after the nail tech hurt me with the drill and for her to just tell me to go somewhere else was beyond me.. How is it that you hurt me twice in less than a minute and then tell me to go elsewhere when I said something about it and told her not to go over the same spot after she burnt me and thinned that nail out. I asked for someone else to do my nails and she told me that none of them knew how to do nails and to go elsewhere. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service as there is none.! This lady needs to go back and take classes to know how to use that drill and not hurt people trying to rush to get people out the door! read more

I been going to I luv nails for 8 years it's been through several owners, I haven't been in 6 months due to health issues. I treated myself today for the first time , to go have my nails and toes done. I didn't realize it had changed hands again which wouldn't be a probkem until I got this older lady who never did tell me her name and she complained about her neck and how I wasn't holding my hand right so she couldn't see them good. To make a LONG story short my fingers bled in several places, the nails are crazy looking, not shaped right and kind of stick out at the skin, and she left paint on my toes on the skin. it was very awkward and I didn't know how to respond to this, and 70 dollars and 90 minutes later, I will never go back. Everyone else in the salon was friendly but I ended up with someone who was clearly struggling to do a plain set of French tips and paint my toes. she wasn't pleasant at all. and to try to blame me for her neck hurting was a little crazy. So I can't speak about the other mail techs in there but if you get the older lady with an attitude, RUN!! read more

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years. This place is, by far, my favorite salon. Emily is sweet and makes you feel welcomed every time. She is insanely talented and also fast. I do recommend making an appointment because they are often busy. Their eye brow waxing & pedicures are also fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would! read more
