Worked with Regina , fast reply and professional. Booked business direct fly from LAX to Paris , 45 % off listed price on Air France . Not sure what magic they use but really happy with the price, was apprehensive at using their service, since the cost of the business ticket was so low, But once I got my confirmation , checked with Air France and that was just a regular ticket. Many of my friends dealt with Greg for years, and we finally listened to them and booked our business class tickets with him for our Europe trip this year instead of using another company. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from I Fly Business and Greg. I have used iflybusiness on two occasions. One to Japan from NY. Flew on EVA AIRLINE VIA Taipei. It was excellent. The price also was excellent; almost half regular price. Latest flight is LAX To Sydney, this time with Virgin Australlia. The price was less than half usual price . Can't beat that .. Dealt with Arthur, always patient and very efficient. I have used this company twice, and worked with Steve both times. The first time was in 2014 going to Europe. The second was this last fall on a trip to Asia. These flights were awesome!! We flew first class to China and then business to Thailand. And on the way home we were going to fly first class home, but they changed the plane so we flew business, but were credited miles so it all worked out. It's a bit time consuming to get all the details together with the miles and such, but the price was unbeatable and it was a fabulous flight experience. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic my review I Fly Business would easily have been 4 or 5 stars. I have used them for travel from Los Angeles to Europe several times over the last 5 years and recommended them frequently. Steve Kaplan not only booked Business Class at discounted prices, he also suggested itineraries using airports that were much more convenient to the places we were traveling. All that changed this spring with the arrival of Covid-19. In October 2019 I purchased round trip tickets from LAX to France for a wedding in Paris over Memorial Day weekend. When the wedding was postponed in March 2020, I contacted Steve for guidance on canceling the flights. He asked if I had taken out travel insurance since the tickets were non refundable. I had not (my bad). He told me there was nothing that could be done. In April 2020 I read an article in Consumer Reports that due to the coronavirus, airlines would refund, not simply offer travel vouchers, for all flights if any leg of an itinerary was canceled by the airline. I tried to confirm this with Kaplan but he never responded to voicemails I left on his phone nor email that I sent. At the end of April I received an email from Delta notifying me that a leg of my itinerary had been canceled. Again, I tried to contact Kaplan. Again, no response so I decided to file a claim directly with Delta online. The website indicated that due to the high volume of cancellations, it may be two billing cycles before the credit appeared on my credit card statement. At the beginning of July 2020, after receiving two cycles worth of Visa statements and still no refund, I called Delta. This time I actually got through to a live agent after navigating countless menus and waiting on hold. The Delta agent put me on a short hold while he located my claim. When he returned to the call, he informed me that my claim had been honored and that since I had purchased the tickets through a travel agency, the refund had been sent to I Fly Business on May 27, 2020. Hearing that, I tried calling Kaplan again. This time he actually took the call. When I identified myself, he told me he was on another call and would get back to me in 20 minutes. A week went by, then 10 days, and still no call from Kaplan. At this point, on July 14, 2020, I decided to send him a certified letter, return receipt requested. On July 23, 2020, Kaplan called me. I told him I wasn't interested in flight or travel agency credit. I wanted the refund (almost $6,000). He told me he would have his office put a check in the mail to me. On July 28, 2020 I called Kaplan again to inquire about the check. He told me it had been sent out. When the check still hadn't arrived by July 31, 2020, I had my attorney prepare a demand letter for payment no later than August 7, 2020 or I would take further legal action. The check dated August 5 arrived on August 7, 2020. On August 12, 2020, the certified letter I had sent was returned to me. Kaplan never claimed it. I Fly Business never informed me that Delta had refunded my tickets. They didn't return calls or email initially. Kaplan lied to me when he told me "the check is in the mail". It wasn't until my attorney sent the demand letter that I finally received the refund I was due. A business that operates ethically would have handled this situation differently. As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, I previously had recommended them to several colleagues and only had glowing things to say about I Fly Business. It's very unfortunate that their handling of my situation resulted in my writing this review. read more

We used Regina for our trip to Italy this past April. This was the most horrific travel experience ever thanks to the incompetence of Regina with knowing airline rules and aircrafts. We asked for our seats to be in business and if there was the premium economy seats that are directly behind ours for our children and will this work. Regina said yes, assures is our kids were in the row of seats directly behind ours, paid for the upgrade for our two kids for premium economy to be right next to us only to get to the airport and for them to say it is the Rules is the airline that children may NOT fly in different classes as their parents and because of this they have to travel as unaccompanied minor in row 50 or behind!!! There is NO WAY we would ever let our kids travel that far from us. On the way home same Issue and our seats were on an entirely different level of the plane! Regina refuses to answer calls and said she couldn't do anything for us. Her manager refused to respond to any emails or calls and they put the blame on us. It's a travel companies job to know the rules of each airline and the plane layout. It's then their job to say that what we are asking for works or it cannot be done and then we can choose the next step. None of this was done so we ended up loosing thousands of dollars on lost upgrades and business class seat costs. We could have planned accordingly for we had been communicated with properly. This company is incompetent and has terrible customer Service. Who doesn't call the clients back?! read more

Nothing short of bait and switch... total misrepresentation! Saw an international business class airfare listed for $4,500 versus $6,500 on the website (without ANY fine print, restrictions, etc.). When I called (bait), they said that they can "sometimes" use miles to get the advertised fares, but finally admitted that the prices listed on their website were really just "sample" fares. Started stuttering when I said that they were misrepresenting themselves and had no explanation when I asked "where" exactly the disclaimer was on their website (seemed surprised that "they had not added that yet). He then offered to sell me a ticket for a "few hundred dollars" less that the carrier had listed (the "switch"). Obviously not reputable, and certainly not as advertised. I'll pass. read more

Ok, first the good. Very good at getting lowest prices with good connections. Very happy with the service until the airlines went on strike. Now the bad, multiple calls and emails go unanswered. Final answer was they did nothing, nothing to help rebook AND the airline requires you to rebook through the agent. The information they gave me was totally incorrect and was so wrong that the airline agreed to take control of the ticket and rebook for me. So, yes, they can help you get a low fare on the route you want but you better hope nothing goes wrong before your departure. read more

I started using IFLYBUSINESS three years ago, and then again two times this year. I have been working with Steve Kaplan. He does what he says he will do. If the ticket that they are first able to set up, isn't as direct a flight route as you would like, they can, a few days ahead of the flight, see what opens up at the last minutes on other more direct routes going or coming, and get seats. They monitor things hourly. The only downside to that, is that there may be a minimum of seats available at that time,and you might not be able to sit together...but the savings on the cost of the tickets is so great, it is worth it. NOT EVEN WORTH GIVING ONE STAR! Worst customer service in the world. I started booking my flight to Tanzania about 6 months ago. First, it was fine. Once I PAID EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL! First, my representative was fired--no one contacted me to tell me! I sent him multiple e-mails with no reply. You THINK they would let a customer know! Then, I receive a new representative after calling them, the first conversation I have with my representative is about finding the confirmation numbers for my flight from the sloppy mess my first representative gave me! THIS REPRESENTATIVE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A STUPID IDIOT! I am not by any means. I may not be the most intelligent person, but most students do not maintain a 4.0 gpa in Nursing school. It turned out that the previous representative was missing a confirmation number; therefore, rearranging the order of the confirmation numbers. Finally, when we found out a confirmation number was missing--it turned out one of my FLIGHTS was completely missing which I PAID FOR! So, they said they would figure it out and call me back. During thsi time, I was very frustrated with service, so I requested to speak with a manager. The guy on the phone said "Well I guess I am." The man that was calling me an idiot! I requested a new representative because I was tired of dealing with this one. Then, I repeatedly e-mailed them wondering about this missing flight and if I could change the schedule of my flights. I received one e-mail saying they were looking into it. 3 months later--I call. THEY HAD DONE NOTHING. I leave in 20 days! We still dont' know about my flights! STAY AWAY!!!!! I'm not one to complain about companies--but when I receive poor service, and then I try to talk to management about it and nothing is corrected, I feel the world should know to prevent this from happening again.
