If you haven't been Japan before and only have a limited time, you MUST get around this tour. We were so fortunate enough to have the legendary tour guide Eddie who provided the group with the insightful knowledge and sharing his passion with Japan. Eddie was so honest, hardworking, friendly, kind, knowledgeableand accountable. Eddie was willing to go extra mile to arrange the Easter Mass service and birthday party for our group members. Eddie was fantastic and by far the best tour guide we have had when doing these types of tours abroad. The itinerary was well thought out with each spot visited at the best possible time. Highly recommend Eddie and Grand Holiday to anyone who plans to visit Japan.

The tita staff member--whose direct line SHE gave us--mocked us as "broke", told us we were wasting her time, and hung up not even a minute into the call after we asked one question about booking flights in the next month. If this is how they treat paying families, it's no surprise they struggle to retain respect.

The entire booking process was handled through email and phone. On March 15th, we booked a two-week…read morefamily trip to Manila, scheduled from April 1st to April 15th, through your agent, Gennie Mohamed (I believe that's her name). I specifically asked multiple times about visa requirements, and I clearly inquired whether my mother would need a visa. Your agent assured me that she did not. However, upon arrival at the Philippine international airport, my parents and I -- including my very ill father -- were stuck for over nine hours because my mother did, in fact, require a visa. This caused unnecessary stress and a major delay that could have been completely avoided had we been properly informed. Additionally, the hotel claimed they didn't pick us up the first time, even though we had already booked and paid for transportation through your agency. They then attempted to charge us again for the same service -- at double the original price. If your agency had properly arranged or confirmed the transportation details with the hotel, this could have been avoided. Furthermore, if your agent had verified the visa requirements with Philippine immigration authorities, the airport incident would not have occurred. We trusted that everything would be accurately arranged, especially since we paid for a full-service package. I later discovered that we were significantly overcharged for both the hotel and the flights -- nearly double the prices I found online. We were extremely frustrated by the end of the trip due to the agency's poor planning and false promises. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of accurate information and the unreasonable pricing. I expect a full explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused during our trip.
