Top Business Class would not refund us even with a doctors note proving this terrible news. They said they'd hold on to our funds for a future booking once our son was well and able to travel. We recently tried to rebook our trip and we were told NO. Apparently they have a policy to only hold funds for one year. Our son had to undergo treatments and a bone marrow transplant and then had to recover from all that. It take a long time to heal from all that! They have NO humanity at all. Called Top Business Class while at the airport and Drake and Max both promised they would allow us to rebook our tickets. Max had resigned and went to another company. Drake is still there and has blocked my phone numbers. When calling the 800 toll free number they said "all requests have to go to Drake". Drake had stolen $7,700 from me, sucks that I had been such a loyal customer for so many years. Even when they screwed up my other international flights and missed legs to my destination I continued to go to them. Writing as many reviews as I can to warn others of their dishonest and blatant theft. Check their numerous BBB complaints as that is what it normally takes to get your money back. But not when it is a high dollar amount.

I specifically asked multiple times about visa requirements, and I clearly inquired whether my mother would need a visa. Your agent assured me that she did not. However, upon arrival at the Philippine international airport, my parents and I -- including my very ill father -- were stuck for over nine hours because my mother did, in fact, require a visa. This caused unnecessary stress and a major delay that could have been completely avoided had we been properly informed. Additionally, the hotel claimed they didn't pick us up the first time, even though we had already booked and paid for transportation through your agency. They then attempted to charge us again for the same service -- at double the original price. If your agency had properly arranged or confirmed the transportation details with the hotel, this could have been avoided. Furthermore, if your agent had verified the visa requirements with Philippine immigration authorities, the airport incident would not have occurred. We trusted that everything would be accurately arranged, especially since we paid for a full-service package. I later discovered that we were significantly overcharged for both the hotel and the flights -- nearly double the prices I found online. We were extremely frustrated by the end of the trip due to the agency's poor planning and false promises. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of accurate information and the unreasonable pricing. I expect a full explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused during our trip.
