They were short staffed so was asked to wait about 10 minutes for a guy to get off of his break. In about 10 minutes out came a forklift with my crate. It wouldn't lift high enough to get to my truck bed rack so two other guys came out and lifted it the rest of the way up and onto the rack (it weighed 160lbs). Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had to contact them in order to confirm that I could come get my crate. It had been off-loaded from the trailer for 5 days with no call so I had to take the initiative. The contents of my crate were in great shape when I unpacked it at home.
