I had been doing business with Cheap business class for about three business class, tickets to Europe and back to Los Angeles. Anthony, I thought was always taking care of me until the last trip he booked, took a very, very long time, he didn't call me to tell me the ticket was ready to pay, and after using 2019 points from my American Express card, which equates to about $2019. He never ever told me that if I use credit card points that I would be charged $610 for using points. If he would have disclosed this to me, I would've said see you later or I'm not going to use credit card points. Aside from $2019 for the credit card points plus the hidden fee of $610.45, plus, I believe $2000 going to Paris and $2000 coming back bulkhead coach, it was the most expensive ticket I had ever paid for. I had been disputing it with American Express and finally finding out that Anthony, was not telling the truth to American Express that he was charging a service fee for credit card points, he told them that his agency charges service fee. After disputing this charge and being very very frustrated, I called back the agencies direct number and got a hold of Brian Schmidt, who turned out to be the owner of the agency. I had asked him just like I had asked for other similar Cheap business class agencies, if he charged service fees for booking a round-trip ticket. Brian, just like the other four agencies, who wrote me in writing that they never charge service fees, they get their commissions from the airlines. This is exactly what Brian Schmidt, owner of C heap biz agency told me. He told me he valued my business and that he would definitely check into this matter as it did not sound right at all. Brian assured me that everything will be taken care of. He just wants to look into the case. He called me back exactly when he told me he would call me back and told me that he was going to refund me the $610.45 service charge that was charged to my American Express platinum. Again, do not trust American Express platinum as they will not back you up if you sign off even though you never see our are told that there is a hidden charge of $610.45 for something that you never expected. I was able to work with Sam on our upcoming vacation in Italy. The process was very easy and he gave us ideas to make the flight more comfortable. We are traveling with 2 young children and I thought it would be best to break up the flight with 2 stops, however, he said that he has traveled with his 2 small children and the long flight is actually better for them. They can sleep, and in addition, just making 1 stop does actually shorten the flight, in our case, by at least 4-5 hours. THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CONFIRM TICKETS WITH THE AIRLINES. Less than 24 hours before my international flight Aaron emails me to inform me that my flight is not actually confirmed. This is a flight he said he booked more than a month prior. He then said he'd do everything he could to confirm the flight and fix the issue but instead went completely silent until several hours after my departure time the next day. I was sitting at the airport with all my luggage, no response from Aaron, no way to get through to Aaron, and no ticket for a five week trip. I had no choice but to purchase a new flight which of course was at a much higher price than the discount fare Aaron had supposedly booked for me a month prior. I also had to buy a hotel room. Aaron took no responsibility. The reality is this business does not actually confirm tickets with the airlines. The assistant at the airline counter told me she sees this unfortunate issue happen all the time. I would not use them as it may ruin your trip. read more

VERY HELPFUL! I found CBC through a couple of Google searches as I was trying to save some money. My initial trepidation for having spent several thousand dollars was found to be completely unwarranted. My agent, Brian, was outstanding. He found me business class fares that saved me over $2000 over the cheapest that I had found on my own. He explained the process that he used and the only hiccup that I may have had (to get to where I was going, I had to take two separate airlines ... modest potential for hiccup, admittedly*). He told me that if there WOULD have been (which there wasn't, Brian), to contact him for help. My flight StL to Charlotte was super easy. The flight to Madrid was "lay-flat, fill you up with yummy food, why-yes-I-will-have-another-cocktail" heaven-ness. My wife was super pleased that I had found this service out. They have had an airline refund since September 4, 2019 (it is now November 11, 2019) and I still have not received the refund. Though I've been back in the U.S. for over a month from my trip to Europe, it still amazes me that I was able to fly business class for the rate that Cheapbizclass afforded me. I recently returned from a business trip from Asia. I needed some last minute tickets from Bangkok to Osaka and needed a good price. Thats exactly what Sam @ CheapBizClass gave me. I received a confirmation email within an hour of providing payment. The next day I learned that my plans needed to change and I needed to meet my clients in Tokyo. I called Sam and asked him to get me tickets from Osaka to Tokyo. The guys at CheapBizClass are awesome. I was in Israel for a friends wedding and had an emergency and had to get back to SF as soon a possible. Anthony was recommended to me by a friend of mine so I decided to try him out. I called him and gave him my details and he started looking for the best flight for me. He got me on a business class flight into Munich and a first class seat for the long-haul flight. Now, the business-class portion of the flight was excellent. We flew into Munich and after the plane landed, I learned the plane doesn't actually pull up to the gate...it stops, you get off the plane, and get bused to the actual gate. As I am coming down the stairs, I see a very attractive you girl standing there with a name-card standing there with my name on it. I approach her and she says "Welcome, may I take you carry-on bag". She walks me over to a brand new Mercedes S550 and opens the door for me. To say I was shocked would the understatement of the year! She drives me over to a special Lufthansa VIP First-Class Lounge. Now this is where it gets interesting. My bags are carried in and I am greeted with a glass of Dom Perignon. They take my passport from me and tell me they will take care of the passport-control issue for me and that I can pick up my passport before I head for my flight. My layover was 3.5 hours, and to be honest with you guys, I wish it would have been longer! Private cigar lounge, every single type of booze you can imagine, a chef preparing food....I could have made another vacation out of it. Unfortunately, it was time for my flight and I had to go. Now, I board the long-haul flight. I take a seat in first-class and the ridiculousness begins (in a good way). Every single flight attendant came up to me and introduced himself/herself, the pilot and co-pilot also came out and introduced themselves. So, we finally get off the ground and immediately the food and drink begin. Johnny Walker Blue Label, Beluga Caviar, sushi, lamb chops....and that was in the first hour of the flight! I must have finished of almost a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue! When it came time to go to sleep, the flight-attendant asks me "can I make your bed for you?" I respond, "i can put the seat back myself." She then asks me to please stand up and I complied. She proceeded to put the seat into a flat position, then she brings out a separate mattress and sheets. She then hands me a bag and tells me I can go change into these pajamas if i like. I WAS SHOCKED! I decided not to change seeing as I was already in shorts. I can go on and on, but I will wrap this review up. Amazing service! From assistance in booking the flights, the amazingly affordable price, and the unforgettable flight. Anthony....damn you... you have spoiled me! I recently needed a ticket from Nagoya to San Francisco via Korea and needed a good price, then I gave a trip abroad to my parents for their wedding anniversary. When I used CheapBizClass, it was my third flight broker for international flights. Though it may sound as a cliché, the third time was really the charm time. I needed a ticket from SFO to China and return flight from Hong Kong to SFO. I had originally planned the flight for the end of March, submitting my request 6 weeks earlier in January.
