I have worked with Jason 8 times over the last 15 years and have never had any issues, any changes that occurred he was always available.

Don't waste your time. I contacted them to find flights. Provided all requested information. Was contacted once by Emma. Then I never heard back. Never got one quote. Sent several emails and was ghosted. No reply at all. Terrible customer service. Contact other compan read more

Just returned home from a flight I booked with wholesale flights. Ticketing nightmare. I booked my flight to Athens, Greece back in november with Leslie who was very nice and helpful. Immediately after booking, i looked on line for how much my flight would have cost and IT WAS CHEAPER through American Airlines website, $400 cheaper. So i called Leslie back and they refunded the $400 to my acount. Done and done, right? Nope. I get and email 3 days before my flight with my conformation. Theres only one leg of the flight listed. I didnt think anything of it until the day of the flight when I didnt get my usual reminder from the airline to check in for my flight. So i go back on line and it still says im only going to London and theres nothing about Athens. I call British airlines, they said I have to call american who in turn said I need to call British. No answers, no flight to Athens. I decide to go to the airport 4 hours early hoping it will be easier to figure this out in person. For 1 hour, I haggled with the lovely British airways concierge lady, who was perplexed because she saw both legs for the return flight but only one for the arriving flight. I had a printed copy of my itinerary that showed i purchased my flight so it was honored and she found me a different flight. Apparently, the 2nd leg of my flight was canceled and I never heard anything from Wholesale flights or the airline. It was just canceled and I was left in limbo. I fly a LOT and this has never happened. Moral of my long winded story, just buy your tickets through the airline directly. You will save time and money and so much stress. This "middle man" is useless. read more

My flight to Australia was canceled. They could not get it rebooked. I came across this company on-line. I worked with Jenny Fairhurst and she is amazing. She was able to book me a flight for the same that I paid. read more

I contacted Fae again, but she doesn't work there anymore. Josh Cusing replied to my email instead. I gave him all the information about my request - he replied that he would get back to me ... and that was all I ever heard from him. I followed up 4 times (!) - CRICKETS I moved on and purchased my 2 business class tickets to Italy from another vendor. read more

I can't tell if this is a real business or not. They're also under the name Business Class Guru. What I really don't like about this business is they don't seem to give you a quote until you tell them how much you want to spend. I can't help but feel like they're trying to assess how much money they can make from you and/or if you're worth their time or not.The last inquiry I made - the guy responded with - "your budget is impossible - try premium economy" Also, they don't seem to work well with.."my dates are flexible" - you have to give them exact dates. I told them my dates are flexible so I can get a cheaper price - they don't seem to like that answer. In summary: they're not easy to work with and they don't seem to try hard to earn your business. read more

I'm impressed. Definitely significant savings on my business class flight from Denver to Dusseldorf. Everything showed up in United.com, and I get mileage credit. Full seat selection just like any direct reservation. Mike was very helpful and professional! Not sure what would happen if I had to cancel, but they offered trip cancellation insurance and I declined it. I looking forward to a terrific flight. read more

I had the BEST experience working with flight agent, Jason Mayer from Wholesale Flights. I really love to travel, and after searching for a flight to Ireland, so I could visit Trinity College, Jason saved me $450 off a business flight! In addition, I was also very satisfied with his customer service. He was friendly, consistent, and listened to. I am so happy with my purchase and DEFINITELY recommend you use Wholesale Flights as a priority travel service. read more

If its too good to be true it probably is does NOT apply to Wholesale Flights. Luckily for me their ad popped up as i was once again trying to find airfare to meet my needs. Luckily I did not ignore the pop up as I usually do. I worked with Kevin who was the best. He emailed me back several times with the answers to my questions. The cost for business was 1500.00 less than the premium economy I was looking at. I have a flat bed seat. OMG! It was many thousands less than the business class I had looked at that was a no way in my budget. I cant thank Wholesale Flights aka BusinessClassGuru enough. You have turned my "what was I thinking trip" into a trip I am excited about and looking forward too. OX read more

I've now used Blake twice for both business and a personal International Flights. He was able to save us an incredible amount of money from what the Airlines and the Online Travel sites were charging. Not only did he get me exactly what we wanted he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Him and Wholesale Flights to anyone flying internationally that wants to save money and fly in comfort! Thanks again Blake! You have a Loyal Client for life. read more

Josh Cusing and Wholesale Flights are the BEST!!! I have had the pleasure of working with Josh several times now - single flights and complicated international family flights, and when Josh says, "Don't worry, I will take care of everything" he means it. Even during the busy holiday season, Josh took care of everything - even better than my travel agent previously. I highly recommend Josh and Wholesale Flights. read more

No. I wouldn't use them again. I used them just one time for flights to Rome then return out of Venice area and would not do it again. They are quick to answer your questions until they get your money. Then all I got was excuses why they could not respond to my many emails. Save the aggravation. Try another service. read more

BUYER BEWARE. I am truly surprised this place is still in business with their practices. It's hard to believe Yelp and BBB gives them good reviews. Although on BBB when you explore the complaints - you can see the stories are all similar. Essentially these guys sell you on great flights, great airlines and great seats, then 90 minutes before take off send you an email stating your "new itinerary" - which is code for you just got ripped off. They promised me the best flight times, the best airline, the best seats (all confirmed via email) only to change the time, airline and seats 90 minutes before take off. Even worse - you do not hear from them when you email and call back. They have the best customer service and are very responsive until they get your money - then its all downhill from there. Even my flights were booked under someone else name/airline miles - very shady operation who takes close to expiring corporate travel miles/rewards and the "resells" them to innocent travelers. They made what should have been a pleasant flight and vacation a nightmare. Stick with what your mom told you - if it sounds to good to be true, its probably not true. SAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! read more

**As update, I received a request from this company, several weeks after posting this....asking me to please remove. This was MY experience. I will never contact this operation, again read more

BEWARE -- I have purchased a flight to Europe for $3k plus. I had to cancel due to an emergency and requested a refund. I was told I would get a credit. Come to find out that credit is only for the same flight route. I can not use it anywhere else, odd. Back and forth via email and it proves they are going to hold onto this until it expires which is a year, which means they profit. I also risked the 500-600 termination or cancellation fee, which I thought I would be getting the credit to use on future flights, anywhere. STILL it is the same route. This has been the worst experience in all my flying years and I am an avid traveler. Figured I can try to utilize this concierge service but it turned out to be truly trash, a lost of 3k is what is going to be happening it looks like. read more

I've been dealing with Mike from Wholesale Flights for over 5 years now, and he's been a great resource and assistance in getting lower priced tickets for all airline classes compared to what you can find yourself online. Mike was recently able to find me business class tickets to Asia for almost $500 less than what was being advertised directly on the airline website (and this was relatively close to the desired departure date). Not only that, but the airline also credited me with the miles and dollars for their frequent flier program. I look forward to using this company again in the future. read more

After now using two other "discount" airline businesses, I am more convinced than ever that this so-called "Wholesale" outlet is a BAD ACTOR. They misrepresent material terms and conditions and once they get your money, the customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT USE THEM.You can do much better by going elsewhere. read more

I am extremely disappointed in Wholesale Flights in that they are next to impossible to get in touch with. They do not answer their phones.. its robo calling and then you don't get return phone calls. I worked with Garrett Wong who said he got none of my calls and or texts or emails even though I have the texts and emails on my phone! I tried at least a dozen times and finally today after calling a different number that I got off my Visa Bill and speaking to his co-worker, he called me back. BUT he could not honor my request without a huge fee! Had he returned my calls timely, I may have had a chance to make a change to My reservation. I had to call the airlines directly, and they also called for me to a different number, and between that and me calling a different number, I finally got a phone call back! We leave next week so this has been a nightmare that I hope turns out well! We are back and the flights pretty much sucked. We paid primo ( almost 12000.00 for 6 people to fly to Italy) for economy and two seats of premium economy ( trust me theres very little difference in economy and premium economy!)and I kKNOW we could have done much better with an alternative travel agent. I would NEVER use Wholesale Flights again! read more

I was a little hesitant and leary about going through an agency I wasn't familiar with. I've alwats been able to book our family travel on my own. However, for our first trip overseas, we just needed some help to get the best pricepoint we could with our flights. Garrett with Business Class Guru contacted me the same day as I sent my inquiry. He answered all my questions about the legitimacy of the company and assuaged my concerns from things I'd read online. He gave me time to do some BBB verification while he researched flights. We're on an airline we know and saved a bit of money. We haven't taken the trip yet, but we can't wait to do so. I have to add, Garret as a customer service rep was exceptional. He was patient and thoughtful. He understood our needs and challenges and paid close attention to even the smallest of details. read more

I used this company a while back when I decided to book some flights for my sister and her husband as a surprise 10 year anniversary gift. George S. was who I spoke with over the phone. He was very polite, helpful, and respectful the entire time. He was able to give me plenty of options on dates & prices to various destinations until I found something that was a match. From there, the booking process was easy. This was the first time I had used a service like this to book premium flights and I will be calling George S. when I do so again in the future. read more

I was very hesitant using a whole broker for our European airfare after reading some of the reviews and consumer report complaints. I spoke to several different airline broker companies and was not feeling comfortable because the agents did not speak English well, communication was extremely hard and you could tell the call was connected to a site out of the country. After doing a ton of research ourselves I found Brandon with wholesale brokers. Brandon by far was the most efficient and easy to work with. Communication was a breeze, and he was quick and efficient. I gave him information I had already researched and he checked that information as well as other flights to get us the best deal. If we booked the same flight ourselves in business class the fare would have been $2,000 more per ticket. After holding the reservation, Brandon gave me a confirmation number and told me to log in on the airline website to view the information. The payment process was simple and easy as well and I felt comfortable giving my payment information when purchasing the ticket. Best part is since the company is local to where I live, I felt safe with the process. Thank you Brandon and Wholesale Flights!! Blake Criswell with Wholesale Flights did a great job finding significant savings on business seats to Europe. I just happened to see the ad for Wholesale Flights while searching Orbitz and clicked to see what it was all about. Blake called back and in no time had flights worked out. Since it was our first time using the service I was cautious, but he allowed me to see the confirmation number and our booking before I purchased the tickets. He even called back to ensure that all the information was correct so there wouldn't be any problems. I have put his name in my contacts and will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to my friends. read more

So we turned to Wholesale Flights to try to resurrect our trip and get a good deal at the last minute.
