We had seven relatively small jobs that required skills in carpentry, plumbing, electric, and…read morepainting (originally there were less until I tried to do them myself) and Nick took them all on. He did a truly outstanding job. In writing this review, I really gave a lot of thought to why my wife and I consider Nick a true five-star handyman. Let me start with HONESTY. He came out to look over the jobs and determine whether or not he could indeed do them; then provided a written estimate so there were no surprises or "up charges" (as I have experienced with previous handyman services). This is something to really consider when you get a verbal estimate, sight unseen, over the phone as has happened to us in the past and the job took longer than planned. Second DEPENDABILITY. When Nick said he would be here at 8am, he absolutely was here at 8am. Again, prior to using Nick, we would get a "range" of time say from 8-noon and you would not be able to plan. Third RESPECT for your property. Nick demonstrated this by setting up in the garage where he cut wood, painted, assembled materials etc rather than drag everything to one task, then drag it across the house to the next task then drag things to the third task in another location. This was impressive, and unusual but avoided damage to walls and floors as we had previously experienced. Fourth, QUALITY. We were amazed at the outcome. The carpentry work was excellent, the electrical was done correctly, the painting made the repairs look as good as new and the plumbing works again like it did when first installed. Last, was PRICE. I mentioned earlier about honesty. The jobs ran over the one day estimated yet, the price was exactly as quoted. No upcharge, no extra labor cost, as a matter of fact in one job the materials cost less so Nick reduced the overall cost by that savings. The bottom line is, based on our experience and observations, and the outcome of the seven projects he did for us, we absolutely recommend Nick for your handyman jobs. His trailer says "no job too small" and we can sure verify that. Moreover, his practice of viewing the task first, and giving a written estimate in my opinion guarantees he won't take on a task he cannot complete to the highest quality. .

I am extremely satisfied with…read morehis work performed throughout the house whether it is a faucet that needs a change to new door that needs to be installed. The cost is transparent and straight forward. Often times when you think of a handyman, you equate it to a professional quality that is less impressive versus a contractor but this can't be further from the truth with Shawn and his team. The quality of their work is extremely good and because they are busy, you might need to be patient for them to get back but I'm glad we got connected. Over the period that we worked with Shawn, he is a honest, trustworthy, and sometimes humorous guy to deal with and I can see us using Shawn and his team for additional work around the houses we own and hopefully more in the future for many years to come.

He listened carefully to what I needed done and gave me an accurate quote over the phone. Due to having a sense of urgency in getting the project done, Alan got me scheduled the very next morning at 8:30 AM. Alan and Josh installed 3 ceiling fans and 5 crystal chandelier light fixtures. They showed up right on time, friendly, professional, and fully prepared with the proper tools and gear. I did not ask and did not expect, but they wore booties to protect my floors. They were extremely polite, careful, respectful and yet personable. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They precisely lined up three chandeliers in my main entrance hallway with precision, perfect spacing, and alignment. Josh even wore white gloves while carefully hanging each crystal one by one, which showed the level of care they put into their work. The ceiling fans, dimmer switches, and ceiling medallions were installed beautifully and created the dramatic, elegant look I was hoping for. What really stood out was their professionalism, communication, and honesty. The price Alan quoted over the phone remained exactly the same when the job was completed. The only increase was due to additional work I requested. They explained everything clearly before and after the work, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Any last-minute adjustments I requested were handled immediately, with no hesitation and always with a smile. They truly went above and beyond the original scope of work to make sure everything was perfect, and that level of service made me trust them and feel confident using them again for future projects. Working as a two-man team, they were efficient, knowledgeable, and supportive of each other to make sure everything was done correctly and on time. They clearly take pride in their work and offer top-notch handyman services at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, prompt, and skilled handyman team, Alan and Josh are your guys! They can handle far more than just ceiling fans and chandeliers, and I will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects. Thank you again, Alan and Josh - You guys are the best!

All three were responsive to my requests and all the pricing was pretty much in the same range. Veteran (Alan) was in the middle regarding the price he quoted, but I had a feeling that would be the best for us. I was obviously right. He was responsive to my multiple changing SOWs and on the day of the install, he showed up right on time with his son as his helper. The first day, he needed his son to help since I had an 85" TV to hang and also some pretty heavy wall mounted laundry room cabinets. He hung two TVs and installed the mounting brackets for me, and also installed 4 wall cabinets and 4 floor cabinets, along with a sink unit with plumbing. His estimate of time was spot on, and he took exactly the time he thought he might need to do the job. He was fast, efficient, courteous, cleaned-up after the job, and even took away the mountain of cardboard and packing materials that all the cabinetry and other stuff came in. I am a stickler for good customer service and for good work that you pay for, so if I say this guy is good, you can take that to the bank!! Postscript: I cannot believe he was so few reviews. I would think that everyone he works with would give him a good review. Also, as of this writing, he has two Yelp reviews that are not recommended. Why?? Those two reviews are 5-star reviews too and seem accurate and appropriate for what they say.
