Rob is amazing! I was skeptical about a carpet cleaning company having 5 stars all around but now I know why. He came in and took care of my carpet, 3 cushion couch and recliner chair for a decent price and did a great job. He went above and beyond and everything was left absolutely spotless, gum spots, food/drink spots, and ink spots were all gone. Choose him and you won't regret it! read more

We have had Rob clean our carpets a couple of times. He is super professional and does an outstanding job! We have older off-white carpeting and he makes them look really good. He always charges just what he quoted, even though he leaves a bottle of stain remover (just in case of accidents). We recommend him highly! read more

Did a great job cleaning my carpets. Showed up on time , were veer thorough, curteous.

It is very unusual to meet someone who is professional, courteous, hard working and takes pride in their work. Rob is one such person. He came to clean our carpet both in the office and at the house and did such a great job for a very reasonable price that we ended up asking him to clean and seal our tiles too. I wish other businesses would emulate his work ethics. Highly recommended !!!! read more

I have been using Rob for almost 3 years and I am always extremely happy with the results. I have dogs who don't like to go outside when it's raining so needless to say I have some pet stains. My carpet looks brand new when he's finished with a fresh smell. He's definitely the only one I will use and I couldn't be happier! read more

Rob is the real deal!! He is flexible, affordable, and his work is incredible! Rob was so accommodating to work around my daughter's nap schedule. We took the kids to the zoo and left Rob to do his thing. When we came back - everything was wonderful and he took the time to walk us through what we needed to know. I will definitely be calling Rob again and will be telling all my friends and family about him! read more

Rob is the best! The man will work all night if needed...The carpets look like new.I own a cleaning/organizing business and he is the ONLY one I will recommend to do work with my clients. The service he provides cannot be compared to another.Looking forward to working with I Clean Carpets again in the future!!! read more

I'll be honest: the carpets at my previous rental house were BAD. A combination of pets and difficult children made it a potential nightmare. Alex came by this afternoon and got straight to work. A few hours later and the carpets I'd previously written off as needing to be replaced looked absolutely amazing! I will not hesitate to contact these guys in the future for any carpet cleaning needs. read more

Rob is the best! My carpets are old and had not been cleaned in a long time. We have a dog who would steal food and eat under the table which left a lot of black stains. He got it all and made the carpets new again! This guy works hard and it is really appreciated! Support a small business; there is quality in the work. The price was very reasonable too! read more

Great customer service and overall nice guy. Rob definitely went above and beyond. Our carpets and couch look great! Thank you!

Rob is an excellent business person and knows how to provide a great product and follows up with any issues resulting in total customer satisfaction. That is so very important in this day and age where dozens are there for you to give your money to. Thank you ROB!!! read more

Honest, communicates, and does great work! No up-sell, no gimmicks, no shortcuts. What else could we ask for? We found Rob on Yelp and we see why he is 5 stars. Hardworking guy that takes pride in his work and his customer service. We called him and HE did the work. Not a dollar over his estimate, which by the way was very fair. His company is "I Clean Carpets" and he is who actually came and cleaned them. We will use him again in the future. Thanks for everything! read more

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Rob and he did a fantastic job. He was punctual (actually early as he had a cancellation and he called to ask if he could come earlier). Not only punctual but very courteous and helpful. Told me if I had any problems to give him a call. My carpets look great. I will definitely use him again. Thanks Rob! read more

Hardworking business owner with great results and pricing! Definitely beats competition I've used him a few times and with pet stains as an issue he really makes the carpets look brand new! read more

Rob is simply the best, I would not consider any other carpet cleaner. He doesn't break items, he is very careful, leaves you with protective boots to wear, and is absolutely trustworthy around your home. My carpets look like new. Yelp needs a 6 star rating for this business. read more

Excellent job in my place, did the carpets and couch. Hadn't had anything done in a couple years and he cleaned it up pretty damn nice. Neat dude with an interesting sense of humor. read more

Rob has cleaned our carpets (and this time also tile) 3 times now over the last few years and we could not be more pleased. We have two young kids who make the typical mess and I am always so impressed with how clean Rob can get our filthy carpet! Rob's professionalism, clear concern for quality and customer satisfaction, and good nature make his service stand out among the competition. Excellent service and reasonable price. Thanks, Rob! read more

Rob did a great job cleaning the carpets at my office. My business is open 6 days/week, but Rob was willing to come on a Sunday which was very convenient. I will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks Rob! read more

These guys did a fantastic job. Rob the owner came out himself. We did a walk through, where he explained everything, and took the time to answer all my questions. The price he quoted me before the job was the same price he charged me when he was done. He wasps time, quick, courteous and professional, and most importantly, the carpets look great, and all my stains are gone. Thanks Rob!!! read more

Rob is a miracle worker. I had stains that I never thought he would be able to remove and he DID !!! Carpets and Tile look like new. Very satisfied with professionalism, quality of service, and competitive pricing. Thank you, I will recommend you to all our family and friends. read more

I found Rob at I Clean Carpets here on Yelp a few days ago and he is awesome. Rob is incredibly professional and does outstanding work. I needed our carpets cleaned before we moved out and he was kind enough to accommodate me at the end of the month when he was already slammed with other jobs. Our carpets looked brand new! Best value for the money, excellent customer service and fantastic results. I would absolutely call him again. Thanks Rob! Denice read more

Rob didn't show up when he was supposed to. We waited for several hours during the day and he finally showed up around 7pm. This job was for a move out. Neither my landlord nor I were happy with the job. I feel ripped off. SO does my landlord who says he will never recommend I Clean Carpets again. The results weren't nearly as good as the Former Carpet Cleaners for HALF THE PRICE of I Clean Carpets. The traffic areas could have used more cleaning. The corners and perimeter areas seemed poorly done as well. The deodorizer reeked so I passed on that hoping a good thorough job would suffice. If the time wasn't so late I would have probably been more on top of him but I just wanted it over with after waiting forever for him to finally show up. His scheduling seems to be an ongoing concern so maybe he hopes to wear out the client so they settle for a poor job!? Who knows? I am highly skeptical of all these high ratings on yelp now!! read more

I was very pleased with Rob's cleaning services for my son's home. He was professional and very timely. Not sure how he was able to work in the heat of the summer but he did and the carpet looks new again. Thank goodness. Way to go Rob!! read more

Horrible, horrible horrible!!! Beware! I made not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 different appointment times with Rob. He always had an excuse as to why he couldn't make it. His truck broke down twice, he got sick, he didn't have his phone charger to call me EVER! I was waiting at home with my furniture rearranged for a carpet cleaning and he never showed up. He wasted so much of my time, it isn't even funny. Absolutely horrible customer service! Do not waste your time making appts. With him. You will be stuck at home waiting for him to show and he just won't. Since this ridiculousness, I have contacted steamers carpet cleaning and they did an excellent job! read more

I'm SO glad that I found I Clean Carpets. I have an airbrush tanning business and one of the rooms that I work out of has carpet. They were able to do an amazing job for me and remove all of the over spray from the carpets. I literally thought I was going to have to pull the carpets up. Thanks again! read more

Tried this Company for the first time today and very pleased. I'm Very picky and they were fast and did a great job. They removed all the pet stains in the bedrooms. Will for sure use them again. read more

I too found Rob on Yelp. I called to make an appointment and he was able to come out the next morning. Don't judge me but I had some particularly nasty pet stained and coffee stained white carpet. I was moving out of a rental and figured there was no way I would get my deposit back even after I had the carpets cleaned.... That is until Rob showed up, He did an awesome job, was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond the average commercial cleaners that I have used in the past. He quoted me a very fair price before he started cleaning (about half of what his competitors would have charged) and that was the same price I paid when he was done. My carpets looked almost new and definitely better than when I moved in. Rob even checked in with me the next day to make sure I was still happy with the results and offered to come back if I wasn't! Talk about great service! I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and yes I got my entire deposit back! read more

My rating is heavily based on communication with the owner, Rob. We recently bought a house that the had dogs and cats. Because our kids are allergic to dogs and cats, we decided to give Rob a call and see if he could come out and clean the house before moving in. Over the phone, we could tell he was genuinely caring about his customers and very accommodating. Because of our tight schedule, we changed the appointment twice but never once did he complain and he tried his best to fit us into his schedule. When he found out he couldn't come out himself, he sent his partner, Alex and his son to clean our Peoria home, and both of them were very courteous and professional. Since the house was pretty clean, I really can't compare before and after but my kids haven't been sneezing and coughing so I'm guessing the cleaning did work. :) Rob is fantastic with pricing and as mentioned, very very accommodating to his customers, and very quick to get back to you about any feedback you leave. No wonder he gets all 5 stars! :) Thank you, Rob! read more

I can't say enough great things about Rob and I Clean Carpets! His communication is superb. When I first called I had to leave a message and then I didn't get a call back that day. When I woke in the morning there was a text from Rob apologizing for not getting back to me. He got home very late from his last job and said he's call me first thing in the morning, which he did. When he called back he gave me a great price on the phone (and that was the price I ended up paying). Said he'd be out between 1-3 and he said it should be closer to 1pm. The night before he texted me to let me know that it would now be closer to 3 and said he didn't want me waiting around from 1pm. Very nice of him. Then he called me as he was leaving the appt before mine to let me know his ETA. So great! He arrived and took a quick walk around to house to see what room he'd be cleaning. He helped move the rest of the furniture we wanted moved and explained his process. Then he proceeded to work his magic. Our carpets look fabulous! Last time we used OxyFresh and we thought they looked great too, but a couple days later they looked dirty again. Not the case with Rob. We are truly amazed at how good our carpets look. He even cleaned a small area rug by the front door.....for free! He's a one man show, and he truly takes pride in his work. He followed up the next day to see if we were satisfied with the job done. I will use no one but him to clean our carpets from now on. Thanks Rob! read more

Came out a bit late for appointment but since I had no place to be, wasn't a problem. Overall, good work and service. Honored competitor discounted price, and was very thorough. Would definitely use him again! read more

I had a friend use Rob to clean her carpets then we looked him up on Yelp. Let me just say that no review does him justice. The work he did on our carpets was nothing short of a miracle!! Dogs, kids, clumsy mommy spilling coffee, you name it we had it on our carpets. Rob got it all out. The carpet looks brand new. Rob walked in my house, looked at my carpet, explained everything that he was going to do then treated the carpet for dog spots and the high traffic areas. He was here for over TWO HOURS working away at our carpets. The last THREE companies I had come over to clean the carpets were here, no joke, for thirty minutes TOPS. And after the carpets dried they looked like they hadn't even been touched. Oh ya and they upped the cost of the cleaning every step of the way. Rob told me what it was going to be and that was it...no up selling. Seriously I cannot say enough good things about the service I received the other day. LOOK NO FURTHER IF YOU WANT YOUR CARPETS CLEANED!!! I will NEVER use any other carpet cleaning service again!!! Seriously amazing work!!! ****UPDATE**** Rob came and cleaned my carpets on a Monday. That Tuesday it rained all day and unbeknownst to me my dog, not wanting to get her paws wet I guess, was doing her business all day upstairs in my daughters bedroom. Well that night my husband and I went into her room to put her to bed we saw the damage and I was just sick about it (among other emotions). I called Rob the next morning (actually he received a long text from me at about 6:30 in the morning) and he said he would be out the following Monday because he would be in my area. And he did. And for one room he was here for a little over an hour cleaning her room. The poor guy was here until 8:00 at night cleaning her room and hallway and stairs ONLY because he had to drag the hoses up the stairs. WHO DOES THAT?? Anyone else wouldn't have put that effort into cleaning all that because of how late it was. Anyone else would have been here 15 minutes for that one room and then went home because it was so late. Once again the carpet looks and smells brand new. And basically what he charged us paid for his gas. I will most certainly never use anyone but Rob to clean my carpets again. read more

The best! Save money and call I Clean Carpets to get the job done right the first time around. I tried using Stanley Steemer and I was very dissatisfied. They gave me a song and dance about my carpets being too dirty to ever really look clean again. Well, turns out they CAN be clean again - as good as new as a matter of fact! I called I Clean Carpets and was able to book an appointment for the next day. Their pricing is fair and competitive and ends up being a bargain if you're like me and threw your money away on another company that does not get the job done. Prompt, courteous, professional AND effective, I am looking forward to calling them again for tile, furniture, etc... to get my whole house sparkling clean. Thank you I Clean Carpets! read more

We used Rob in preparation for selling our house and my only regret is using the "discount companies" while we lived in it. He is INSANELY thorough and meticulous. I am picky... he is pickier. He spends the time and does it right. He did our carpets and some upholstery on furniture we were leaving to stage the house. Everything looked brand new (and neither the rugs nor the furniture were close to brand new). I can't recommend Rob enough. The reviews are accurate. read more

I called Robert to get carpets cleaned before new furniture arrived, he was very accomadating and worked me into a time frame just perfect for me. Robert arrived helped move items that were in the way, sprayed pretreatment then started cleaning. The cleaning was very thorough, going over trouble spots until they were as clean as the rest of the rooms. I expecte the job to take about an hour but Robert spent over two hours doing the best job I have ever seen on cleaning carpets. I was given a lot of tips on keeping the carpets in good order and helping to prolong the life of them. What a great guy doing a great job, thanks again for the good job. read more

I used I Clean Carpets because of the Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Rob cleaned my old house and new house. He was very prompt, very professional and clean. I will definitely be using Rob on a regular basis to clean my carpets. read more

Rob is hands down the BEST carpet cleaning service I have ever dealt with. I have gotten my carpets cleaned at least five times over the last 7 years. The price actually came out cheaper then he quoted me (which was already reasonable). He was at my house for three hours cleaning tile and carpet until 9:00pm at night. He truly takes pride in his work. He even gave me a spot remover and pet odor remover as a parting gift. If you do not use this company, you are making a big mistake. read more

Nice job and went the extra mile to accommodate my time frame. I great appreciate Rob's work. Thanks, I'll call again.

Rob is here cleaning our carpet as I write this review. I appreciate the time he's taken to explain everything he's doing and why he's doing it. Everything has been discussed upfront including the cost. Carpet already looks and smells 100 times better! I recommend him. read more

I am thrilled with the clean condition of my carpets! Rob was available within a couple of days to clean all 5 rooms and did a more thorough job than we have ever had in the past. He spent about 2.5 hours, which is almost 2 hours more than any other carpet cleaner that we have had in the past. He explained that the reason our carpets got dirty so fast from past carpet cleaners is that they did not spend the time removing the soap and water like he did. It has been over a week and they are still looking like when they were first done. Rob also gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to use if/when necessary. I need to have our grout cleaned next and will definitely call Rob to do. Thank you Rob!! read more

Rob came and saved our carpets! I really thought they would all have to be replaced but Rob was able to clean them so they looked very good. Thanks Rob for saving me a ton of money. read more
