They always do a sundae in a kid size, we frequent here very often at least once a month.. we came a few days ago and all of a sudden they said they can't do kids sundaes. Trying to tell me that basically I'm crazy making it up or something. I had to order everything for my kids sundae on the side and I'm glad that I still got a kid size because he didn't even finish the kid size. Absolutely insane it makes me want to write a bad review because I really wasn't treated with good customer satisfaction. I order numerous other things as well so it's not like I was just ordering one kid sundae. It's gonna make me not really wanna come back honestly. Usually the sundaes are really good and I did go because I wanted to try the strawberry waffle, which was not good. The waffle was extremely soggy so I definitely would not recommend ordering that. We will stick to our other fave local ice spots.

Not your ordinary plain vanilla/chocolate, not that there's anything wrong with that. I do love variety and one of a kind concoctions and Claude did not disappoint. Definitely going to be my go to spot for ice cream when I'm in the area.

They made the buttercream donuts way smaller, there is practically no icing on them, the ones we got were stale along with several of the other donuts, glazed sticks were hard and crumbly, and the shoo fly pie (molasses) was hard as a rock and 99% of it was the crumb topping, no molasses, which had zero flavor! This is the second time we got really bad donuts there as I thought the first time was maybe a one time thing. Their prices are high and their quality is horrible!!
