What a horrible experience with these dealers who reach out to buy your car when a KBB instant offer quote goes out. Ladies, I would highly recommend avoiding this place altogether, especially if you aren't familiar with how this car hustle works. Alex devalued my vehicle citing "possible frame damage" because they're was a small gap in between the door and the panel. To be fair, there was no accident or damage report on the vehicle so it could rase the concern that maybe some work was done on the DL. I get that but using it to devalue the car was a tactic I was able to see through. I should also mention that he did a search for cars with the same year, make, model and mileage as my car to show me what the average sale price was. Of course, all the cars he showed me were in the 13k range because, I believe he tailored to searchbto show that specific price. When I did the same search before and after going to Future, the prices in our area were between 18k and $21,999. However, I had that car for 5 years so I know there wasn't anything wrong. A little light scratch here and there that coukd have been buffed out and some light fading on the window trims. Thats it. All of which would have been less than $200 to fix on my own so Im sure it would be much less for them. Anyway, he does his song and dance of pointing out stuff, and acting like he isnt all that interested while simultaneously pushing for the deal. His offer came in at 13k pending an inspection with the dealerships affiliated body shop. I said Id think about it and left. I went straight to the very reputable and trusted dealership where I bought the car. They have been in business for 77 years, and I had a full inspection for the body, the engine, all electrical. I also had the service records pulled as this car, when I bought it, was 2 yrs old and a service vehicle for the dealership. Completely clean. The gap? A simple hinge issue. I took the car to 3 other places. 2 out of these 3 gave me offers that exceeded Future Auto by several thousand dollars. Future Auto offer: 13k The offer I took from another dealership: 17k You do the math and then decide if you want to do business with Future Auto.

I had originally run into a frustrating situation while trying to purchase a Camry, and after I reached out to Gary directly, he took the time to review everything, call me personally, and work toward a solution. What stood out most was that he didn't just offer an apology -- he actually took action. Gary was able to locate a Camry XSE in a color combination I liked even more than the one I had originally been pursuing, and he worked with me to put together a deal I felt good about. In the end, I was able to purchase the exact type of car I wanted locally and walked away feeling much better about the dealership than I did earlier in the process. I really appreciated the effort he made to earn back my business and resolve the situation personally. It's easy to judge a business by whether everything goes perfectly, but I think it says even more about how management responds when something doesn't. Gary handled that part extremely well, and I'm very happy with how everything ultimately worked out. Thank you again to Gary and the team for making it right.

I read a few months ago about a new upgrade Honda was offering to 2018-2022 Accord owners that I had been hoping for not too long after taking ownership of this beauty back in 2021 after it was turned in from a lessee. Excited by the prospect to finally really be able to enjoy Apple CarPlay, I called my local Honda dealership in Hollywood. You see, I found that having to plug the phone in by cable meant that any little movement of the phone would disconnect the Apple CarPlay function. So quickly I learned to do without. I noticed that there were some critical differences in the audio and mapping function, but what choice did I have? When I got ahold of the service department at Honda of Hollywood, the customer service rep told me he'd never heard of it. I asked if he would check with his colleagues, and sure enough, NONE of them had heard of this. This guy even launched into a story that he's had this call before, but it always turned out that the caller was mistaken about the information. On to the next! Next, I called another Honda dealership I'd had experience with before in Burbank, but again, they'd never heard of it and couldn't help me. Now, I'm not one to go door-to-door when nobody's buying my cookies. That meant calling corporate. I called Honda USA and reached their customer service department and spoke with a representative who ALSO said they'd never heard of this and didn't quite know what to do for me. He wound up sending me an email that I was told to respond to with any information that I could find on the topic and send it back to him for him to follow up on. I did it quickly as I was determined to have this upgrade. A couple of weeks went by, and I reached back out to the rep. I had to leave a couple of messages before I finally got a call back. He left a message. I called back to reply, but never was able to reach him. After another couple of weeks, I tried again. But this time I wound up reaching a different rep. This woman said she needed to look at the notes surrounding my case so that she could pick up where they left off. She proceeded to tell me that the notes indicated that I had NOT responded to the email sent and that they closed the case. I was appalled. I take great pride in my chosen vehicle and have always trusted the Honda brand, but here I was being tossed aside without so much as a final answer. I told the new rep that this was not at all the case, and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She appreciated my dilemma and said she'd see what she could do for me. She was sure to tell me that she couldn't make any promises, but promised to see if there was anything she could do. Within about an hour, I got a call back from her saying, "I think I have good news for you!" She continued to say that she hoped it was okay that she took the liberty of calling a local dealership that she came to understand had done this upgrade before. I said, "Take the liberty! Take the liberty!" In the process, she spoke with an agent that she hooked me up with and got the ball rolling. This woman made my day! The deal is that you go online to www.dreamshop.honda.com and after entering your VIN number, it will lead you to options the car offers, including the Apple CarPlay upgrade. Best upgrade I've ever done!

I didn't even know what to do, what i wanted, how to even begin. I was so lost in this process. I started at Toyota on Brand across the street, and that sales guy was so dismissive, I left without even test driving anything. I went across the way to Honda and Victor right away was so nice. He had me test drive a car I liked, and then discussed financing with me. It was a little out of my budget, so I left. Over the next two weeks I kept thinking about that car. Then this past week I saw Honda had a summer event, so I figured I would call up Victor. He remembered me and again, was so nice. I can't stress how nice he is. He had sold the car I wanted, but had the same model with a different trim available. It was an upgrade from the one I wanted. Victor was fantastic from the beginning. There was genuinely no pressure, which I really appreciated. He listened to my budget, worked with me to find numbers I was comfortable with, and at no point did I feel like I was being haggled or pushed into making a decision. I had called a couple of other Honda dealerships while I was shopping, and the level of customer service here was not even comparable. I knew he was giving me the best possible deal he could. Jayden was equally wonderful when it came time to finalize the lease. He explained everything clearly, gave me the information I needed to make informed decisions, and made what I expected to be the stressful part of the process surprisingly painless. What stood out most about both of them was that I never felt pressured. When I left the dealership, I felt like every decision I made had been my own. I never felt sold to. I felt listened to and taken care of. I drove away genuinely happy with both my new car and the experience of getting it. I would absolutely recommend Victor and Jayden, especially to anyone leasing or buying a car for the first time. Thank you both for making my first leasing experience such a positive one!

This year's visits were especially frequent, with emergencies like replacing tires and fixing my brakes, on top of getting my regular service. I swear I'm not the worst driver on earth, but even if I was, I know I'm getting star service . They make sure I'm seen quickly and efficiently every time. Despite surprise emergencies, they follow through with great service, even as walk-ins! I usually work with Juan or Rod in the service department. Juan: 15/10 for fast service and making me feel like a VIP. He answers calls/texts quickly and finds ways to help, even when I'm in a pinch. When my tires were worn out (twice), Juan got me in that same day. I appreciated this so much, especially when I told him I was leaving for a trip that day! He always shows me videos of what's wrong so we can discuss a game plan for repairs. He explains costs upfront before they start, so I'm never surprised by crazy charges. When I come for service, he's very transparent and walks me through what might need fixing outside the regular service, and what we can probably wait on. If you're looking for kindness, efficiency, and honesty, Juan will take good care of you. Rod: Rod was very helpful and able to get me in the same day when my brakes were shot. He was just as transparent, providing images and videos. When we found out my brakes needed more work than expected, he checked in first to see if I was comfortable proceeding. Super communicative and excellent service! Even if my appointment is with Juan, Rod always says hi and checks in with me! Alia (Finance): Alia is a homie! She's always friendly and remembers her customers, even if interactions are brief. Given how often I've come in recently (wah wah), she's made sure to offer options so I don't break the bank. She also gets your car ready right when you're checking out, so there's no wait. AND when the weather's bad (weird rain and heat waves?!), she quickly calls the shuttle so I can go home (I live nearby) and hang out with my dogs instead of waiting in the lobby. If I could give Kia of Glendale 10 out of 5 stars, I would. It's the first place I don't show up nervous, expecting surprise charges I'm unsure about. I know I'll always be greeted with friendliness, honesty, and excellent service

**THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED.**…read more I came into this dealership on Friday regarding an issue with my Sportage Hybrid's 12V battery. The first red flag I should've noticed was how long I sat in my car waiting for Tony, our service advisor, to even come check in the vehicle. I explained the situation to Tony, and he assured both me and my boyfriend, who was with me, that diagnostics would be run on the car and that it would take about a day. He specifically told us that he would call us at 9 AM the next morning (Saturday) with an update on what was happening. If repairs were approved, he said they could potentially take until Tuesday to complete. Saturday at 9 AM rolls around... no call. I called and was sent straight to voicemail, so I left a message asking for a callback. No one ever called me back. I called again. And again. And again. After at least five calls, someone finally answered, only to tell me they couldn't even find my vehicle or service record in their system. ‍ Eventually, they located my record and said Tony would call me back. Of course, he never did. I continued calling several more times, and somehow, they STILL couldn't find my records. Out of all the calls I made, only one person was actually able to locate my vehicle in their system. After several hours and multiple attempts, I finally got in contact with Tony. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, he was immediately defensive. He told me he never said he would call at 9 AM and claimed he had told us Tuesday. My boyfriend had to remind him that he was literally standing there with me when we had the conversation and heard Tony clearly say 9 AM for an update, with the repairs potentially taking until Tuesday if approved. Tony continued insisting that we were wrong. At that point, I decided I just wanted my car back. I showed up at the dealership after spending $50 on an Uber in 100+ degree weather. Not once did anyone apologize for the lack of communication or the inconvenience. Tony came out and continued arguing about what was supposedly said, still without an apology. I was then told that nothing had been done to my car, yet they still wanted to charge me. I refused to pay for something that apparently hadn't been done and was told, point blank, that they would not release my car until I paid Fine. At that point, I just wanted to leave, so I paid. But somehow, things got even worse. They didn't even know what my car was there for and then LOST MY CAR They searched around the dealership and couldn't find it. Eventually, I had to hitch a ride with one of their employees to their storage lot to look for it ourselves. Even there, they couldn't find it. After 30+ minutes, we finally found my car hidden in the back, behind several other vehicles. Seriously?! If you texted me that my car was ready for pickup why wasn't my car even pulled out and ready for me when I told you I was on my way? I wasted $100 on Uber rides, took a day off work, spent hours on the phone, and paid for a service that apparently wasn't even completed -- all just to get my car back with nothing resolved. The lack of communication was bad enough. The defensiveness, inability to locate my records, failure to know what my vehicle was there for, charging me when nothing was done, and then actually losing my car took this experience to another level. Please don't waste your time and money coming to this dealership. There are plenty of other places that will at least communicate with you, respect your time, and know where your car is.
