I originally spoke to Luis about doing the carpentry work- fixing the drywall and painting what had been hit by water. However as the plumbing kept taking longer and longer to finish, Luis stepped in and said he could complete the plumbing job. Luis made my job seem like it was priority and scheduled workers to come out in a timely fashion and finish the job in a very timely matter. The plumbing is working well and the drywall work/paint work was fantastic and it looks like there was no damage in the first place. They did a great job with the drywall work and matching the paint colors. I will say that Luis charged a good amount more than the other plumber(who only did part of the job), but since the results were there and they showed up on short notice, I was happy with the work. I would definitely be happy to work with Luis in the future.

Luis would not come back to the home because he said he was afraid of us. All we did was call and call and text. Luis thought we were being sneaky since my husband was upset and called him on his phone, Luis was afraid for this. I could have a police officer come by and make sure Luis was safe in my home, but Luis had his worker do a quick job get the money and gone. I have a disability and when I went to see the room after it was done, I did not see anything because of my ADA I have vision issues. I feel sorry for someone that they do something for. PLEASE RECHECK EVERY BIT BEFORE YOU HAD OVER THAT CHECK, he did offer to come back a couple of times but he was scared and never showed up.
