Well, I call ask for a manager and Tony suggested I just talk to him. I tell him my story as best I can because all he wants to do is interrupt me everytime I try to start a sentance. So I shut up and let him talk while he tries to tell me the customers could have been the problem and how he needs specifics so he can address them "properly". What an idiot. I I let him up put a few Choice words and told him it was the last referral he was going to get. No wonder Home Depot and Company putting these idiots out of business. Do yourself a favor.
