I think this guy is racist as seen from these reviews as everyone who is of a lighter color is saying he's professional and very cordial, while every minority that's reviewed here have said the owner is an asshole and racist. Well I am asian and this POS cussed me out for no reason and was rude the whole time he came to get my car for the company that bought my car. I've been doing business with Hyeland Tow for over 10 years now and never a problem. They're upfront about ETAs, only once did I have to wait over 30 minutes for tow and that was a rainy day when they were swamped with calls, understandable. Usually it's a tow to mechanic shop from home. It's great when driver gets out, greets you with smile then remembers you from before saying same place as last time? Yep. Feels like friends. Had a run in with a driver by the name of Frank today. Called for his services.. he didn't show for nearly an hour after he said he was in Anaheim (same city we were in). It was 90 plus degrees outside, we got tired of waiting and called Triple A. Once Triple A was on the way Frank from Hyeland shows up and my husband yells to him never mind it's ok. Frank proceeds to get out of his tow truck, get right up in my husbands face and demands money for a "dry run". When my husband tells him he's not paying him he starts yelling all kinds of profanities. Naturally I break out the phone and start shooting, thats when his cronie in the truck yells let's go and Frank leaves all the while cursing my husband out. read more
