Many of our residents are elderly and cannot carry large boxes or go to their mailboxes daily, so, it would be kind of the mail employee to drop the boxes off at the correct address as was done in the past.

I gave the cashier my envelop. She asked if there was anything liquid, perishable, fragile, and so on with the questions. It's paperwork. Nothing dangerous.
