Every so often, I have multiple packages to mail out and at the business I used to frequent, it was very simple. So, it was a pleasant surprise to find a local store with the same great service. There was parking right in front of the store so if you have a lot of packages, you won't have far to walk. I don't know if they have a cart you can use if you have several package or large packages. I had seven packages all going to different places that the lady working had to enter all the information. However, as fast as you can tell her, she will put the information in! Although it was seven different locations, she was extremely fast about it and she told me all the different shipping options I had from quickest to least expensive. They also have packing supplies and work with all shipping carriers from what we could see. When the lady started to help us, a number of other people came in and were waiting in line. I felt bad about the others having to wait, but the lady helping me just kept on going. The people waiting were nice but I was just so pleased the woman helping me didn't stop to go and help the others like might happen in some other businesses. She was going to help me until my order was complete. I love businesses that you can rely upon and act professionally. I saw they also have a Notary, do passport photos, faxing, document shredding and much more. I'm very happy to have found this business so I don't have to drive all the way down to Austin and there is no question, this is my "go-to" place for all shipping and mailing needs.

They do a great job of keeping the lobby clean. There's even a drop off Lane that keeps the traffic for that separate from the people that are trying to park. It may be a little hard for you to find since it is off the main road but it shows up on your Google maps. I like the fact that I can get in and get out, I never want to wait in long lines so when I have an opportunity I come here versus any other place.

Criminals After…read moremailing something to a family member for their birthday, the parcel was seized from within the post office the very next morning; I did not find out until a week later when the parcel wasn't received. Whoever did it issued a fraudulent statement that the original sender requested it be intercepted and rerouted. That would be me (original sender), and I certainly didn't do that. Then, someone claiming to be the manager attempted contacting me which is funny because...the manager actually witnessed and approved my parcel transaction at the register. The manager I saw was a woman and not a man like the person claiming to be the manager. There are thieves in this location and nobody will do anything about it. I have contacted the postal police, the sheriff, Justice Dept. and Liberty Hill PD. My package hasn't been delivered nor have I been given a refund for the loss. I have attempted filing a serious complaint with USPS multiple times only to be stifled through official oppression by involved USPS employees. The same compromised facility is being forwarded my complaints which go nowhere as one might imagine when the criminals are left to police each other. For years, I have been a faithful supporter of the USPS and often hand write letters. That will now change. I will tell everyone of my experience so that it may not happen to them. Shame on you for stealing from someone without resources as well.

It's nice because it has the feeling of being part of a small town. When you walk in, they are always very friendly and seem to know most of the customers. I don't use a post office that regularly but maybe over the years they will recognize me and say something when I come in. They can handle any of your needs whether it's shipping packages, money orders or even passport services. And there's never a wait! Well, I haven't been in here during the holidays, but still, I'm always able to conduct my business very quickly here.

It also has a great deal of parking. Plus, it is very easy to access from both directions on the road. But the thing I like best about this location over the Leander location is the self-serve shipping I can do when the location is closed. Just outside the closed lobby is the self-serve shipping set up. It allows you to weigh and measure your packages. You input the shipping address, and it will determine the price and print your shipping label. You then place it in the drop box. It's very easy! This is the only location in the area in which this can be completed outside of post office hours.

I printed a mailing label, WITH THE USPS SYSTEM, the items weight was correct, 5 oz, the envelope was a FLAT 13" x 10" envelope containing ONLY documents. THEIR system computed the postage as $5.30 for 1st Class Service. I mailed TWO identical envelopes. One was delivered without issue. The other wasn't sent and the Lampasas post office employee wanted another $4.45 to mail the envelope! Her explanation was the mailing label contained the letters "PKG" on the label. I said, "so what!" I told her THEIR SYSTEM CREATED THE LABEL AND CHARGED ME THE $5.30! She WOULD NOT MAIL the envelope unless I paid AN ADDITIONAL $4.45! The stupid employee wasn't aware that an IDENTICAL envelope went thru THEIR post office with no change in postage!
