Get ready for a very un-UPS experience at this place. They have a horrible attitude routinely. It makes you wonder why they work there but after 6-7 visits, I am confident it is directly related to the people working there. They argue with customers and send them away for the slightest things. I am hoping this town gets a better option soon. read more

The staff here are always kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Even when the line is long, they move quickly and stay patient with everyone who walks through the door. They are knowledgeable about every type of drop-off -- Amazon QR codes, prepaid labels, specialty shipments -- and they always make the process smooth and easy. 1 star for great customer service. However, the store is tiny and easily overwhelmed leading to long wait times. Employees working as fast as they can but cannot scale to demand. Parking lot is recipe for accidents. No Amazon / UPS package self kiosks which adds to the frustrating long waits. read more

I use this store to return packages or items to Amazon. Despite the lines, the employees are professional and friendly. They pay attention to the customer in front of them and it never appears that they get flustered or rattle at the line of people, always professional. This is directed to the store owner: the employees could use a larger space to work and customers a better parking area. It is actually dangerous being on a hill, parking not marked, and more than one entry & exit areas. read more

well first of all i have to say these workers are either over worked or overwhelmed! I had just been in to get a notary done, went out to my truck and addressed the envelope and took it back in. I waited in line and then ask if they could mail it i wanted to make sure it had adequate postage she then looked at me almost put out and ask for my identification! I said u need my id to mail this, i was just in and got it notarized! showed my id then!!! She wasn't going to be pleasant or helpful rather make me go back to my truck and get my id to mail a letter!!! idk if this is ups new rule! doesn't sound like it! i believe she was put out that i ask her if there was correct postage! My reply was oh i'll go to the post office never mind! what i wanted to say is really u need a id to mail a letter when u were going to take it but when i said i need a for sure not maybe enough postage but have a nice day u need it!!!!! read more

After 8 months of coming here, I've become increasingly disappointed with the customer service provided by one particular employee. This woman, who has red hair, has been consistently unhelpful and rude to me and others. I've witnessed her refusing to assist an older woman with mobility issues, and she seems more interested in sending customers away or upcharging them than in finding solutions to their problems. As a former UPS Store employee with management experience, I know that this level of service is unacceptable. I hope that the owners will address these issues and provide better training for their staff, so that customers can have a more positive experience. There are some quality people who work here. The younger gentleman who is a notary who works his butt off. Always friendly and polite. Solid guy. Hard worker. I would never uniformly talk badly about a place. I am morally obligated to write this review to warn others away. Drive the extra 15 minutes to the next UPS Store. This isn't worth the headache or mistreatment. read more

The staff here is always friendly in spite of the tiny space they have to work in. The parking lot is a disaster, in fact the last time I was there, I had a minor fender bender. In my opinion, they need a larger store with better parking. read more

The lady was rude. I came in for a few Amazon returns. I had my QR codes but one required it to be packaged in a box. I was spoken to like a child in trouble even though the store was going to make 40.00 on the deal... I paid for the packaging and the entire transaction felt like it was such a huge burden for them. Unbelievably rude. The lady was only interested in selling me a box and not shipping my return to Amazon. It was in the original boxes and she told me that she would not send it and started measuring the box. Both boxes were completely fine. She was angry that I would not buy her overpriced box and that I will not in the future. She should not be customer-facing. I am going to complain to UPS and Amazon. This is the only place we drop off packages. Employees are always nice and helpful. If we have an Amazon return we know that when we drop it off here it will get sent back. We have used other stores in the past on Amazon returns and they sometimes don't make it back. Never had a problem with this store they are very professional and when you drop something off you get a receipt with the pkg Barcode letting Amazon know that they have received it and it was dropped off. read more

Just built a new warehouse near MF and ship DAILY. Not sure what's going on at this store, but the last 4 out of 5 overnight shipments have been lost and/or delayed. Nobody answers the phone at this location or returns calls. But I'm not surprised, now that I'm seeing the reviews. Would love to hear from a manager, to try and rectify the situation, but won't be holding my breath. Will be looking to take my business elsewhere. read more

I find them very helpful and efficient and to give them a bad review because of Amazon's rules and regulations is ridiculous. I agree with other reviews, the staff is rude. I was there at one point to send a package to include a return pre-paid envelope which I was told could not be done. I have done it at least 12 times prior. I went to another location and accomplished. Recently, I was told they could not use the box my Amazon shipment came in that I was returning. So much for saving the environment. I did not need it so I put in their trashcan, perhaps they would recycle. I was told I could not do that as they didn't have the means to throw away a box. Really?! If there was another local place to return Amazon orders, I would never go back. read more

Frequently ship Amazon returns and other UPS shipments at this store. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Things slow down a little when people bring in items to ship and have the store pack the items. I appreciate them taking in packing air bags that are in packages that we have received. I have been here a lot recently and the service has been great; friendly and efficient.

just wanted to drop a prepaid, pre-labeled sealed box for shipping. I needed no receipt or anything of that nature. there was a line of maybe 5 people that needed actual assistance, ie barcode scan or payment. I stated that I only needed to drop off a package and the guy in line in front of me said you can probably just leave it on the side counter if you don't need help. As I did this, one employee threw her hands in they air exasperated and I stated I just needed to drop it off. she said fine, as I was leaving the other employee said next time wait in line like everybody else. If the area had a second option I would take it. If another UPS store opens in the area they will definitely go out of business. read more

She blantingly lied and took it upon herself to scan 2 qr codes and told me it would be fine in one package as it was going to same person. If you read any of my reviews, you'll quickly find that "customer service is king", when it comes to people that I do business with. This morning, (June 20th, 2018), I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, at least in recent memory. First, my wife and I have had a UPS account for years.. I've done a lot of business online, with shipping through The UPS Store in other locations, most recently, the location in the Randall's Plaza, Lakeway, Texas. So today, as I ship a package to my father in law for his upcoming 70th birthday, I take my pre packaged, re-labeled box to The UPS Store, in Marble Falls. I tell the woman at the front counter that it's "just a drop off", and am already leaving, when she tells me that she needs to know "what's in the box". Like I said earlier, I've been doing business with The UPS Store (again, different locations) for years, and no one has EVER asked what specifically is in the package.. Sure, some may ask the declared value, or if it's perishable, flammable, or other basic questions, but no one has EVER asked me what is specifically in the box.. After I went to the car, I sat there and thought about why this bothered me.. So, I went back in to get an explanation. At that point, the first lady was polite and tried to explain, that this was a UPS Store policy, and had been in place for years. When I explained that (again) I've been a UPS client for years, and no one had ever asked me, the other woman in the store told the first woman, that she "didn't have to explain, she's already done her job".. When I said that was rude, they both went in to rude mode. Eventually, after they said they did that for their driver's safety, because they don't know me, I told her that I didn't "know you either" (meaning anyone that works at UPS, not her specifically.. She got indignant, and started talking about how trustworthy she was, which I guess is what I should have been doing, as a long time client of the company.. So, after that, the second lady, (the rude one, who's name is Ann), told me to " get my box and leave". I actually had them call the owner, and told him what happened, and what his employees had said, he apologized, said he would "talk to Ann"... lol So, anyway, I'm filing a complaint with their home office. There are other options to drop off UPS packages in Marble Falls, Texas, and I'll be doing business with those places from now on. I just want others to know the kind of people work at The UPS Store in Marble Falls, and be ready to specifically tell them what's in side your personal shipping box. And now, after calling corporate headquarters of The UPS Store, I am told that it IS NOT company policy to force a person to say what's in their drop off package! So, not only were both store employees rude, they were wrong. I hope that Mike, (the owner) understands what bad customer service is, and fixes this problem with his employees. read more

My first experience with this UPS store was not a pleasant one, my package was damaged (thank goodness it was insured) and I had to file a claim. I thought I would give them another chance and chalk that one up to bad luck. Well ... I went in this week and was waited on by Andra, I could not believe how incredibly rude she was! Again, I needed to have my item packaged and insured, I had some questions. She was snarky on answering my questions and acted as if she was doing me a favor just to be waiting on me. New to the area and not sure what to do, the lady at the counter was super helpful. Made it totally painless. I even had a box with a prepaid label for a fed x location that I didn't realize she could not take and she taped it up and put the label in a clear envelope so all i had to do was drop it off. I don't recommend this store. While the service was quick and friendly, I wanted to mail my return in a medium sized padded envelope. The clerk started she had a box. A small box, about 1/2 the size of a shoe box was produced. My item was already in a plastic bag so she folded it, taped and placed the prepaid paper on it. My bill was $6.83. I asked why so much? She said the box and "packing". That's a very expensive box. I felt taken advantage of and not given the less expensive option. Lesson learned. read more

I rarely ever give reviews on places but this is my first time ever using this particular ups location and I highly doubt I will be using it again. I have just built a home in a rural area and my address is not being recognized yet. I have been dealing with this issue and just have been working around it and have learned to have patience. With that being said I was expecting an important package so had it delivered to this store for pick up. I was out running errands and had received the email that it was ready for pick up so I finished up what my kids and I were doing and went to pick it up. We were in no hurry and were just waiting in line like normal. The lady working the desk asked if I was here to drop off or pick up. I replied a pick up and told her my name in what I thought was a very polite tone. Apparently that was the wrong answer because she came back with you will have to come back later it isn't ready yet. I replied with a I live pretty far away from this location. It's not just that easy for me we don't mind waiting. She then stopped what she was doing and annoyingly got my package and as she was checking me out said I need to give them at least an hour from receiving the email to come pick up the package. I then, taken aback by how rude this lady was to me, said oh I'm sorry and continue with my transaction. I load my kids and myself in the car and check when I got the email and it was well past the hour time frame the lady working told me I needed to give them. I understand people have bad days and handle stress in different ways but I in no way showed any kind of annoyance or problem waiting. Sorry for such a long review and thanks for going on that journey with me if you made it this far! I hope the lady working starts having a better day or finds a new job because customer service might not be for her. read more
