This post office locked themselves behind a residence gate. Despite boxes always being delivered in the mail box or at the gate just fine for years. They could not wait and ended up causing 2500 in gate damages. No note left of who did it. If it weren't for the Amazon boxes and a call to Amazon, the culprit would not have been known. Amazon stated they would have taken full responsibility if it were one of their drivers, but they looked at their computer and it was USPS that had delivered. When the resident went to go inquire on how to get their money for the repairs, the Post Master Georgia Hall didn't even want to deal with them. She thought by simply saying nothing and handing a number would suffice. Are they hiring criminals now? Hiding behind the federal government? Postal Offices should only employ veterans or homeowners so they understand the cost of how expensive homeownership is and not cause hardship on residents they service. There should have been compassion and a training moment for everyone in that office, but instead Ms. Hall was full of excuses and defending the criminal actions of a worker that knew they were in the wrong and perhaps told by a hire up to do just that, a team effort to destroy someone's property and say nothing in an attempt to get away with it and let the homeowner figure out how they were to come up with 2500 to fix the gate. They didn't even call the police department for assistance, so they knew they were in trouble. This is never ok from anyone and the professionalism of a Manager is in question of who trained her because that's no way to talk to a customer. Also, because the complaint was brought up, she threatened to stop delivering the residents mail. Poor management for sure. Precisely how a guilty party acts. read more

Our mail carrier over at the 1019 apartments for the month of June 2026, is mishandling the packages leaving them outside for anyone to take! And not completing the notification step for the Amazon locker that allows tenants to access their packages!!! This is ridiculous and not the first time for both offenses. I will be calling making a formal complaint. read more

I have several complaints and I am giving a partial list. We live in a retirement community with four cluster boxes and some large lockers. 1. outgoing mail put in my mailbox 2. key for parcels put in someone else's mailbox 3. A package I was to sign for was just put in the mailbox 4. large parcels left on top of cluster boxes for anyone to steal 5. other people's mail put in my mailbox (weekly problem) 6. one neighbor who has a forwarding address on file is still getting most of his mail here. Many of our residents are elderly and cannot carry large boxes or go to their mailboxes daily, so, it would be kind of the mail employee to drop the boxes off at the correct address as was done in the past. read more

The worst postal office service. They can never get my packages delivered on my mailbox because they're lazy. They write "loose dogs" when my dog is in the cage all day because of that. Multiple times I explain to them and even showed that my dog is in the cage but they don't care. Btw my dog is a chihuahua. They just don't want to do their job. read more

I was left a yellowish card in my boa that I had mail that needed a signature and could be picked up the next day at the Poat office. I took the card to the PO and they. Oils Not find the letter. They had Me Sign the card so parcel could be delivered. It was not delivered the next two days so I went back to PO to see what could be determined. They found nothing and took my name and address for the carrier to contact me. Still have not received the Piece of mail. I have no idea what it is about but will surely be holding the PO liable for anything in the future. read more

I have had so many boxes that were not delivered. 12 at Christmastime. Now it's with packages of water. They will not leave them at the gate. I had to back off buying anything for my store due to the fact that things dont get delivered. I have cancer now and so does my husband . We've had all kinds of trouble out of this rural carrier including misplaced mail - me getting others' mail, folks getting mine, some never recovered. I'll never know. I have photos of all infractions, of neighbors' mail placed in our mailbox. Yesterday the carrier drove into my highway 16N drive, gate was open hoping she'd drop them off inside and THREW 2 packages out the right window, 4:18 p.m.! One package was a fragile front projector lamp assembly the other a single boxed plastic icemaker. Attempts to replace this sloppy rural carrier have been in vain including USPS Consumer Advocate complaint and talking to local staff and the old Postmaster. read more

The postal worker named Anna Settler was unbelievable rude to a point that other customers in line said comments about her behavior. She was rude beyond believe and especially when I had my child with me. What kind of customer service does the US Postal Service offer when people like that are working behind the counter and all because I did not have scotch tape to seal an envelope. We just moved to Texas from California and we have never ever ever experience such awful experience in our lives. We are so appalled at this lady's horrible, poor customer service. Rudeness does not get anywhere like that and especially when kids are around. People in line made comments out loud and they couldn't believe that lady's attitude. The post office #1 rule should be to hire people that show respect, have patience and have good customer service skills, not just anyone that can sell stamps and charge money. read more
