I booked an appointment 2 days before and showed up early and she immediately assisted me. I requested an expedited passport with overnight shipping, as I had a last minute trip planned for June 5th and she guaranteed I would receive my passport right on time. Hopefully that happens and I will update if it does! The man who was working with her was also very cooperative and was the person who took my passport photo. They both made this entire process super easy for me, as it all only took about 15 minutes. Furthermore, I filled out the DS-11 application before arriving to the facility but left a few spots blank because I was not sure what to put there, luckily the lady there was patient and assisted me throughout the process. We drove 40 minutes to get to this facility and it was definitely worth it! I highly recommend it to anyone who is currently seeking a passport. Amazing customer service and a weight has definitely been lifted from my shoulders.
