When I reached out to them directly to clarify why we were charged this, I was told that it is their standard for same-day orders, which seems excessive when it is just opening an email file and clicking 'print'. I stated that if there was going to be a substantial up charge, he should've made that clear to see if I was willing to accept this fee or wait their 3-day timeline for an order before moving forward, and that sneaking it in on an invoice and charging my card for that fee was not acceptable. He said he would make an effort to communicate these fees better in the future and after several emails back and forth it was offered that the up-charge would be refunded. The credit has never been issued and when I followed-up, I am no longer being responded to. Beware of ridiculous charges and sneaked in fees and resolutions promised never to be provided.
