I could not have been more satisfied with Chris's responsiveness, punctuality, and - most of all - his excellent work. My large house was a mess as I prepared to move and also to host a large party. Feeling rather overwhelmed, and also knot really knowing how to accomplish some cleaning tasks, I found BRTC on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Chris exceeded my expectations in every way. He had a truck full of all the necessary supplies and equipment. He asked a few pertinent questions to make sure he understood the scope of work; and then he got to it. I was in and out of the house running various errands. Each time I returned, I found him working quickly and in orderly fashion. Within a few hours, the house was very clean, the beds were all neatly made, and Chris was packed up and ready to go. I normally don't pay for cleaning services, but due to suddenly trying to juggle an illness in the family, my normal full-time schedule, my own dog (Boxer), and the addition of two Black Labs I desperately needed some help catching up on my chores. I contacted Be Right There Concierge and they quickly responded to my inquiry for assistance cleaning my house. During our initial phone call I was able to explain in more detail my needs, send them photos of my house (3 Bed / 2.5 Bath / 2 Story), and we set up a time to meet at my house to go over details, payment, and to ensure I felt comfortable with and knew who to expect to come out on the day of the job. I really appreciated them taking into consideration that normally I live alone and as a female it makes a huge difference to know I trust someone entering my house while I'm away! Be Right There Concierge was nothing but professional the entire visit, was patient answering all my questions, and was AMAZING about working with me and my crazy schedule! We booked for services the next day! They were able to clean my Entire House, including washing and folding 2 big loads of laundry, in under 5 hours! And boy did my big house need it! They left my house cleaner than the day I moved in! Because of how great of a job they did, I reached back out to them two days later to help with some errands! They were able to pick up my preordered grocery order from H‑E‑B, deliver to my house, and even put away my groceries for me! I've been blown away by their detailed service, genuine hospitality and kindness towards me, and love the job they do so much I'm looking for any reason to call them back!
