We are very happy to work with Nate and his wonderful team for our bathroom renovation this year. I interviewed 10+ general contractors before the project, and Nate stood out for the speed of his communication, rate of the project, and his personality. We had the original bathrooms from the builder which are 20+ years old. They were both outdated and started to fall apart. We like modern style bathrooms and also want something different from traditional renovation. From the material we chose to the design concept of the bathrooms, our renovation was pretty challenging. We were so lucky to have found Nate Enns of Enns Construction. He's remodeled our kitchen, all floors and a shower for us. He did an outstanding job! He worked with us every step of the way. We live in an Eichler house which has its own special set of challenges. He overcame them all! I liked him from the first phone conversation I had with him and he won our trust instantly. There are hundreds of details and decisions you have to make when doing a project like this and he walked us through each one and gave us the pros and cons so we could make an educated decision. As a professional in the architecture design industry Nate did fantastic work on my parent's kitchen. He was sympathetic and respectful to our needs and concerns while the house was temporarily out of service with the kitchen which was in the heart of the home. He and his team were always on-time and cleanly. The process was literally painless with exception to a delay on the type of light fixtures we wanted. But it was no fault of his own, due to the manufacturing delay. In-hind sight had the fixtures been on time, he would have exceeded his proposed completion date a week ahead of schedule. Price was well worth the quality of work and craft he provided. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend prospective clients to consider hiring him. We hired Nate to remodel the entire kitchen and put in hardwood floor downstairs for us. The job involved demolishing the existing cabinets, counters, removing old appliances, tiles and the carpet before new materials were put in. My family lived upstairs through the entire remodel. Nate did his best to contain the work area. He kept the dusts that escaped from the work area to the minimum, so upstairs was livable. We really appreciated that. After the demolishing phase, he and his floor guy, painters, and tile guys did meticulous jobs on their areas of work. When few issues rose, Nate was always responsive and took care of the concerns. Now the new kitchen is complete, and new floor is in. We are very happy with how everything turns out. Nate was always on time, and always cleaned up the work area neatly before he left for the day. He was respectful, hardworking and kind. He finished the remodel as scheduled. After the job was done, payment in full, Nate still came back to tweak minor details. We can tell Nate took pride in the work he did. Remodeling the entire kitchen and redoing the floor could be very stressful, but Enns Construction made the process a whole lot of easier. I tried to do some of the demolition myself, and Nate helped clean up my mess to keep us on schedule. He was so respectful of my home and my schedule and the specialists he brought in were awesome too. He tolerated all my little problems and changes with patience, kindness, and generosity. Nate was great to work with. He listened well, worked with us through details, made good recommendations, answered our questions, and did meticulous, quality work. We replaced our kitchen countertop with granite, painted cabinets, replaced sink and disposer, installed backsplash, and installed lighting. Nate did all the work except for granite installation, which he oversaw, within 2 weeks with minimal disruption, staging work so we only lost use of range, sink, and dishwasher for 5 or 6 days. This review is long over due as Nate remodeled our master bathroom back in July. I give this company a 5/5 and it is truly well deserved! Good contractors as so hard to come by and if you are reading this review searching for a trusted contractor look no further. A lot of the work is done by the owner of the company, Nate Enns, along with a few of his trusted subs for work that he does not do himself such as painting and tiling. We were given a 6 week timeline I believe and if I'm remembering correctly we finished right at the deadline if not earlier. I have a 1 year old daughter and I am a stay at home mom with her and Nate went out of his way to make sure the noise was kept to a minimum during her nap times which is CRAZY for construction but he did it!! Never woke her up. He also worked with me with scheduling very well. There were minimal lulls in work aside waiting for countertops and shower doors. I would and will use Nate again for future projects. Oh and prices are reasonable which is always a plus! read more
