I requested a full inspection ($150 quoted over the phone). By 10:30, after about 3 hours, my car had only been moved into the garage with the windows left down. No inspection had been done, no updates were given unless I asked, and the vehicle was never lifted or properly inspected. My car is otherwise very smooth, with only an occasional minor front-end squeak, no steering issues or shaking. Despite that, the staff member with tattoos (possibly the owner) began suggesting major issues and speaking as if he already knew the problem without any inspection or test drive. It felt like he was trying to guide the narrative toward serious repairs before anything had actually been done, which came across as unprofessional and dishonest. At that point I chose to leave. Mark apologized, agreed the situation wasn't handled properly, and confirmed I did not need to pay since no inspection had been completed. While leaving, the staff member with tattoos implied that "work" had already started, but nothing had been done on the vehicle at all, it hadn't been lifted or inspected in any way. Most recently(within the last month) I had the pleasure of purchasing 2 cylindrical new cell battery units for both my 2011 Lexus CT200H and 2013 Lexus Rx450h. I had the pleasure to deal with Chris the owner, Christian, Ethan, and one other gentleman (can't recall his name)that helped me remove and install complete battery into my Rx450h. All of these guys are so easy to deal with, great communication, and I have no complaints at all. As far as product, I have noticed a significant amount of mpg improvement for each of these vehicles. Anyone that needs a Hv battery for any of their vehicles, I definitely recommend this place. Good, honest, and great value to keep the car going. I can't thank you all enough. Forgot to mention, this place is very clean and organized. They have a nice waiting area, a fridge full of waters and sodas. Also have some nifty pens available to keep as well.

Cesar said they skipped the rotation because my car "didn't need it" but tires should be rotated every 5k and I was due. My car still had OEM tires with wheel locks, and the dealership had neglected to give me the key to remove the tires, which I didn't know at the time. Bad on the dealer, bad on Electron, they almost certainly noticed and could've flagged it instead of the brush-off. Months later I had a blowout and couldn't change the tire because of that missing key. Would've saved me from being stranded. Friendly staff, mystery oil change, phantom rotation.

They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.

They were super responsive with the best customer service I've ever encountered, clear communication and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process. I originally brought my car in after getting a warning to stop immediately. I called around and got multiple quotes and they had the best deal. Andrew who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and correctly diagnosed it as a battery issue right away. He walked me through the difference between a refurbished and new battery and I chose the refurbished option which came with a one year warranty. Unfortunately the battery failed shortly after but never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. They offered to pick up my car and drop off a loaner. That alone is exceptional. Owner Ivan took full responsibility without hesitation and the turnaround time was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
