They are experts and found somethings wrong with our second HVAC unit which was upstairs in an attic area. They fixed it and now everything is working perfect. The house was fairly new, built ins 2018 and we never knew about the issues with the performance until they showed us. Very reasonable cost read more

Excellent customer service. I had initially considered converting to a heat pump for efficiency. Eric came, assessed our situation, and offered a few options. We came to the conclusion that upgrading wouldn't be worth it. A heat pump would require a new electrical panel, there were no incentives as I'm propane & not electric, and the duct work is not set up for AC. I wasn't pressured or upsold to a system that would be of no benefit to me but would have made them a tidy profit. We did however, decide that my 25 year old furnace was on it's last legs & needed to be replaced. An appropriate sized unit was chosen. The installers arrived on Monday and finished it in one day. There was a glitch in the exhaust plumbing that was discovered a few days later. I called and since it was late in the day, said that tomorrow would be OK. A technician was there in an hour. He called the office and told them it would take a couple of hours to fix. Once again, I said tomorrow would be OK as we have wood heat too. He got it all fixed then had to run off to another call. The thermostat wasn't working right and they sent someone all the way out to reprogram it. I couldn't ask for better service. Maybe I could have gotten a better price, I didn't check but for what they've done it was worth what I paid. Good solid company after the sale. read more

Hybrid is great! Chris came out and gave us a quote for an AC install. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. Michelle? (I'm sorry if that's not your name) scheduled our appointment and was super friendly. The installers, Andrew and Cody, were on time, personable, and efficient. read more

We had a great experience with Hybrid. Chris came out to our new home and did the full suite overview for adding an AC unit to our Trane furnace. Hybrid is a Carrier company, but Chris assured me there's no issues with that. We also talked over a water heater vent pipe replacement that appeared on an inspection report. Chris was personable, charismatic, and showed that he wants to do a job right. After receiving the quote for installation and repair, we scheduled and got another team out in less than 2 weeks. Installation was yesterday, and a full team came to get the work done in a day. Ricky was the last to leave and made sure both furnace and AC were working properly, gave me the rundown, answered all my questions, and from what I can tell, did as thorough a job as Chris in the initial estimate. Really happy with our Hybrid experience! read more

Hybrid was a subcontractor on my home remodel and I was so impressed with them that I used them afterwards to fix my AC, install a new furnace and troubleshoot a secondary furnace. They were kind, courteous, confirmed appointments and their techs were knowledgeable, professional and always on time. I can't rave about them enough. They followed up about the service and even sent a thank you note for choosing them. Such a pleasant experience working with them. read more

Kevin and his crew have been fabulous over the years. It's the extra step that separates a good contractor from a great contractor. They are always willing to answer questions and only recommend work that needs to be done. They have helped me with a noisy intake fan, furnace repair and service, and AC leak. They have helped me nurse my furnace along until I can afford a new one. At which time I'll be calling Hybrid for the job! read more

Hybrid Heating & Air Conditioning - Hybrid installed this valve so that I can clean the debris from the condensate drain myself. Thanks Hybrid! - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Cornelius, Oregon

Hybrid Heating and Air Conditioning installed an Earthquake Shut-off Valve on our gas meter (See photo). It all started when we requested a quote on Yelp. Kevin then came to our house at no charge, took a picture of our gas meter plumbing, then sent us a very reasonable estimate that included a sketch of how the valve will be added. The valve was installed a couple of days ago, Eric did an excellent job re-routing the plumbing and installing a wall bracket to keep the Earthquake Valve from shaking and tripping by mistake (we painted the new pipes ourselves). Great service, very prompt, and very economical, thank you Kevin and Eric! read more

Quick and easy communication and fix for some vent duct damage we had. I would use them again.

Want excellent customer service? I had a gas fireplace installed late last winter and thoroughly enjoyed it through the spring. After not using it all summer, I tried to start it this week, but it wouldn't work. After a quick call to the office, a service tech was dispatched and arrived within an hour! A quick fix and I'm once again enjoying the warmth of this fireplace. read more

Our AC went out when the heat wave hit. I called several companies only to be told a week or two weeks. Hybrid responded quickly, with courtesy, and scheduled an appointment less than one week away! We have a relatively new mini split ductless system and many don't know how to work on. Calvin came out exactly when he was supposed to show up. He followed all directions to get to our secluded home. He was a great guy very meticulous in his work. After a few minutes he immediately found the issue. Repaired it, brought the system back up and it cools great. Great company, great people who provide great service! Highly recommend! Thanks guys! read more

Hybrid Heating gives you very professional service and great people to work with. They went beyond our expectations of our new system. They spent time looking for exactly what we needed. We had quite a few quotes and selected them because everything was included, with no hidden cost. They arrive on time and work till it was installed. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. read more

First off, when they came to do the quote, they were different than the other companies. He (I think his name was Jeff) walked through the house, looked at the furnace and the intake to the furnace. Many other companies just looked at the furnace and only to see what size they could put in. Jeff also pointed out that the cook air might not hit as much in the upstairs as downstairs. He offered a Fer solutions. First was a damper to help direct the air, second using vents above the bedroom doors to allow heat to escape the bed room and be pushed into the intake vent. Jeff took the time to talk, listen, and explain everything. He didn't want to over promises us. He made sure we understood everything. That allow was big differences from the other guys. On install day. The guys were professional and courteous. They were on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. As for the system it's too early to comment on. After the summer I'll comment about the system. The people were great. read more

Hybrid installed a furnace in my shop, and the work was split into two stages due to ongoing construction. Kevin was very professional in all dealings and when the furnace was installed his crew was top notch. Not just quality of work, but also attitude and the cleanup. I would absolutely recommend them. read more

I'm extremely impressed with this company. Our furnace stopped working and I called this company, with no previous experience, at 7:00 am. They quickly returned my call and rerouted the hvac person to our home, arriving before 9:00. His knowledge enabled him to determine what was wrong, and what likely caused our blower motor to fail. The next afternoon he returned with new parts and fully repaired our unit. The cost was minimal/more than fair. We truly appreciate all of this company's efforts. Dealing with 3 people, two phone calls and the technician who did the repair, each person provided the epitome of customer service. read more

Our furnace stopped working on the first day, of what's supposed to be the coldest week so far, this winter. Of course, because isn't that always when your furnace goes out? Also, it was a Sunday, so nobody was open. We did a quick google search and found this place. They called us back right away and got somebody out first thing in the morning. They were very friendly and professional and got the furnace back up and running by 9am! We will definitely use them again if anything happens with our heating/cooling in the future! read more

We had a wonderful experience from the very first phone call! It was easy to set up a consultation and bid with the sales department. We were very pleased to hear that installation for AC could be done within the week (our other bids were scheduling out in June!) Installation day came and the two installers and the electrician arrived on time, and everyone worked quickly and efficiently. Our AC was installed and running in less than 6 hours. I was very impressed that all messes were cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they were here! Thank you Hybrid Heating and AC! Great job! Will definitely call with our future needs! read more

I installed a new thermostat and some how I missed wired it. The thermostat worked for a few days than quit so I called Hybrid since that was the company whose info tag was on the furnace. I had recently bought the home from my dad so I figured they will know the furnace since they had serviced it before. They had 2 guys come out to fix it and they told me I wired it wrong and it blew the transformer and that is also fried the blower motor. They said it would probably take a couple of weeks to get the parts since it was a 25 year old furnace and that it would be throwing good money at an old furnace that is not as efficient as the new ones. So I had them have there sales guy come out to give me an estimate but he wasn't able to get there till the next day. That was OK for my schedule. I ended up calling the company in Hillsboro that did my furnace in my old home and he ran out the next morning to give me a price for a new furnace also. He took a look and said that he could fix it. So I had him go ahead and he found that a new Transformer had been installed and it was wired wrong. He put in a new transformer that was in his truck and said the blower was fine. He installed a new thermostat and a hour and a half later and only $ 375 later it was running great. Really disappointed that Hybrid would do those things in a senior manufactured home park. I'm sure it wasn't the owners intention but more likely the unqualified repair person. I paid there invoice of $97 cause they discovered the problem of the mis wired thermostat. read more
