But after meeting the team at A to Z Renovations, I finally felt confident I was in good hands. They were on point, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire project. Every step was handled with care and clear communication. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. I honestly feel blessed to have found them. Trust is everything when you're doing a renovation, and A to Z truly delivered on every level. My family is moving out of our NYC apartment and needed to get it into shape for rental. I reached out to home depot and Jerry A. was sent over from Above Remodeling. He did not try to oversell us on the work that needed to be done and I was quite taken aback by his honest approach (in a good way). Our initial plan was to gut the master bathroom which was going to take 4-6 weeks, replace 2 toilets and the vinyl floor in the kitchen. Then Covid hit NYC and all work in the building got put on hold. The building subsequently opened up but imposed a lot of restrictions that prevented us from doing anything more than essential emergency repairs with no room for the gutting of the master any more. Jerry recommended a plumber who could do the emergency repairs knowing full well that this would reduce the amount of work left for him to do. I wish there were more people like Jerry and my family will always be grateful for the help he has given us. I hope that I can repay this kindness in even a small way by writing this review so that you know that if you need to remodel in NYC there is no better person to work with than Jerry. Once we get past the current Covid crisis we will be using Jerry.

The worst of it was when the PM completely ignored the delivery inventory and we ended up waiting for items that had already been delivered. Several texts were exchanged, promises made, but no-one ever showed and small things have gone undone.

We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! If you're nervous about hiring a contractor (and who isn't?), Procraft is the team that will restore your faith. We could not be happier and will absolutely be calling them for our next project.

It was important to Ray that we were happy with the work as well and he made sure to check in with us throughout the project. They were done quicker than we anticipated and we can't wait to have Ray and his team back to re-do our bathroom. I have been recommending Ray and his team to all my friends and colleagues and would continue to recommend him to anyone that needs a great GC. In the pictures you'll see before with the older kitchen and all the walls, I included pictures when Rays team was working, to the final product, no walls and an open concept kitchen. We were so lucky to find Ray, his price was fair, he was transparent about everything, and he really did walk us through the entire process.

If you desire to deal with "family" to redo anything and everything home related, look no further. These skilled artisans will do it your way and not walk away until you are completely satisfied. They stand behind every job they take on, 110%! For me, I wanted to do a total "facelift" of my home, transforming from brick to vinyl siding, including all new doors and windows. Exceptionally talented, hard-working craftsmen showed up at my home, faithfully, each day to create the solid, stylish, cozy dwelling that I now enjoy. It is also important for me to address "value". There was a tremendous amount of work that had to be done to achieve the end product. To be honest, I expected to pay a great deal more than I actually did. Apollo does not inflate the cost to the homeowner; they are well aware of the rising cost of living, and they work with you. I feel that I got more than I paid for! It was my dream to make the house I bought into the home I love and Apollo made that possible. I would be remiss if I did not include my thanks to Sia, the mastermind of this corporation. The endless hours she puts in to really listen to each customer's needs is nothing short of miraculous. She goes the entire distance to be certain that every client is pleased with his/her outcome. God bless her! In conclusion, I urge you to check out this amazing construction company before you sign a contract with any competitor. Apollo is the one that will do it all; trust me!
