The problem with our system wound up being much more complex than we originally anticipated due to an improper and unsafe electrical installation by our home's previous owners. This was further complicated when we learned that the boiler company no longer produced the part needed to repair the wiring on our model. Not only did Nick move heaven and Earth to obtain the needed part, but he honored our original price, despite the significant extra time and work that was involved in the repair. Buyer beware! I can…read morenow understand why this company has numerous 5-star reviews. Initially, I had given it a 1-star rating (if I could give zero, I would). However, I was advised to remove my initial review or our project would not be completed. On Father's Day morning, we called this company for an emergency due to issues with our boilers. Initially, we were impressed by their prompt response and diagnostic services. However, working with David and his company turned out to be the worst experience we could have had. David promised us a new HVAC system (water heater and heat pump) within a day or two. This has now turned into three weeks. The communication between us and David was terrible, and he even threatened us. To make matters worse, he left our family in the middle of a heatwave, with a newborn baby! David has said vile things to my family because we asked questions about the work that was supposed to be completed and complained that the service we paid for was not complete. He was angry that we filed a complaint with the financial institution we worked with to get the work done he removed the breaker from the heat pump system and told us that "our children will suffer tonight" ( heat wave in affect and it's over 100 degrees in the home ). His words were so disturbing that they are not allowed anywhere near our property. They also damaged and left a hole in our ceiling. After stating that someone would come to fix it, just like they usually do, no one came, and they didn't even bother to follow up. We had to pay someone else to come and fix it. We took out a loan for a specific system and he promised us that system, yet installed a cheaper lesser system with equally bad customer service. Once the job was reluctantly "finished," our heat pump didn't work, and we had to call in and pay other companies to not only evaluate the work this company did but also fix it. We later found out that the work they did could have resulted in a fire if we had kept the unit running. Not only are they dishonest and take advantage of emergency situations, but they also do horrible work.

Overall I think they did a fantastic job, and were very good. THe price was one of the lowest of all the quotes i got, and were able to work with me on the price. Home depot gave me an quote twice as much as LinLi. I felt let down by home depot, and then I found these guys, Linli is bbb accredited too.

To make a real long story short, I had a Navien combo boiler installed several months ago by a…read morecompany that I have been using for years. After the son took over, The professionalism of that company became non existent. My boiler started leaking and for many weeks, this kid had every excuse for why he couldn't come and fix it. It got to the point where I think he blocked me and I was unable to make contact anymore. I went to the Navien website to find certified techs who are familiar with these boilers. After calling a few, I decided to give All Hours Energy a shot. They are licensed and had some decent reviews and local. I called to make an appointment with them. I explained my situation and that I had the parts sent from Navien and they set me up with Wed 1/23 from 11-4. I got a text and phone call close to 11am letting me know tech was on the way. The tech arrived about 11:10am. A friendly guy by the name of Juan. He assessed my issues and started working on the repairs. He repaired the existing leaks on the union and also repaired a leak on condensate line. Everything was done in about an hour. Juan showed me what he did and that was it. Simple, not too painful cost wise and a professional tech. Trying to find a new company for any type of repair can be discouraging. This has been the first new boiler company that I have needed in years. I am glad that I gave them a shot and I will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

I suggest using a timer and complaining about any wasteful time. I did try to adjust my bill, but the "owner" said three hours was normal to tune up a gas generator!! of course, he said he had never done such work, but was only paper manager! Amazing, after 13 years as a customer! Also tried to sell my neighbor a new $12i heating system though his was perfect, claiming the 80 yo would save on gas bills! Despite 13 years of recommending this company, I am now taking the trouble to alert others to their scams.
