If you are anxious about driving, have experience but need more practice, or have never driven before and starting from scratch, this is the place for you! My kids had Mr. Vinklarek (son) and Mr. Turtultubu (daughters) who were professional, patient, and kind. They actually instilled a love of driving simply by their calm and pleasant demeanor. Both also have a great sense of humor! I admit, this place is still a tad pricier than the others, but you get what you pay for, and isn't learning one of the hardest things you'll ever have to do in adult life totally worth it?

He remained calm, professional, and never made me feel pressured or nervous during the test. His attitude helped create a positive environment, which made the experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

We took the online course to get his permit, which was super easy and convenient. Once he had his permit, they continued to support us through every step. He also took a few driving lessons here--the scheduling was smooth, they worked around my busy schedule, and the instructor gave great feedback to help him improve. We even got to take the DPS road test at their school, and the girls helped us get a same-day appointment at DPS! Thank you, Travis Driving School, for making this whole process so much easier than it looks! 10/10 recommend!

What an awesome experience!!! We drove down from Dallas to take my 16 year old son to do a one day…read morecourse and it was one of the most exciting days ever. They have a really neat program to teach drivers the techniques for rally driving and it works. Wes and Scott were super and really focused on safety and having fun. Their program is focused on showing you what needs to be done, doing the skills, taking a break to let is soak in, and then doing it again. It's very well structured and by the end of the day they were doing the slalom course with a lot of confidence. As for the team, I didn't meet anyone at Rally Ready that wasn't outgoing, personable, and just plain nice. They love rallying, but are genuinely good people. It's not about pulling people in to stack the house, but about teaching a subject which they are passionate about. Thank you Wes, Scott, Dave and the whole team at Rally Ready for making my son's experience the best ever.

Just so you know. Then, then, you'll get lots of mail. About comedy defensive driving, and videos, and internet sites. Knew about defensivedrivingtexas because of yelp. Thought I'd try it out. it's not fun, but it is easy. You can spread it out over time. I like countdowns--there's a little countdown timer so you know how much time you have in each section. There's a few videos--even a cheesy one full of bad puns, staring Miss Taken. (how'd you know?) I even managed to knit a few more rows while I watched. Like Lisa said, you can pick up where you left off. There's random questions throughout (ones like "who has the right of way in this situation?" as well as "what's the make of car you signed up with at registration?"). I don't WANT to give it 4 stars because, well, I hated doing it. But it's one of the better ways, if you have to go through it. And don't forget to slow down when exiting the highway. Just FYI.

I hated the classroom course I took last time, so I decided to go with an online course and chose this place. The videos are old and cheesy and the audio on the text sections is boring and monotone. But... for the most part, they ask you real questions about the course material rather than stupid stuff like "what was the instructor's shirt color?" So even if you were, theoretically, to get distracted by flash games or dvds, you can answer the reviews & final test questions without a problem. Not that *I* would do anything but give the course my undivided attention, of course. Really, I swear.
