I bought the Echo battery operated trimmer, blower, and weed eater 4 years ago and still using them. I bought 2 batteries with 5 year warranties and recently had to exchange them due to going bad. Both were replaced without question in less than a week because they were not in stock - Great service at the counter in the back and front. Everyone welcomes you when you walk in.
