Went in with spare keys for vehicle to be cut and programmed. Stephanie offered to cut the chip out…read morefrom my original key so she would only have to program 1 new one. After hesitation and questioning her, she assured me that it would 100% work. After destroying my original key, and an hour and a half later, I'm stuck using tape to hold my chip over ignition switch, and using pliers to turn the key & start my car. Contacted management/owner and will not resolve the issue of their staff destroying the original key I came in with. If she couldn't do it without knowing it would work, or they'd stand behind it if it didn't, she should have stated that up front, and not damaged the original. I would have went elsewhere. Management/owner is stuck on offering no resolution since the new keys weren't purchased through their store.

We looked at new lawnmower. They hustler & scag. We really like the Hustler. When home did my research really like the hustler. What tow day later they call the battery that was bad they replaced it and dropped the mower back off th house. I applied their honesty but I kind of wanted the new mower maybe next year. So I saved about $ 6000 because they were honest.

I bought the Echo battery operated trimmer, blower, and weed eater 4 years ago and still using them. I bought 2 batteries with 5 year warranties and recently had to exchange them due to going bad. Both were replaced without question in less than a week because they were not in stock - Great service at the counter in the back and front. Everyone welcomes you when you walk in. Not sure what they're doing, but it's wholly unprofessional, especially considering the price of Stihl equipment. I thought the first time it was just a fluke. My Stihl rating as a dealer is 1 , also because of the elevated repair price compared to my quote. My experience here started strong, but soured after a few visits. If you're not dealing with any lawn/garden equipment, this is still a good place. But I'll go to another spot for my Stihl stuff in the future.

I needed a stain for Nordic spruce wood which will become my ceiling. Shawn spotted me the moment I entered the store. I told him what I was looking for and he said if I have a sample of the wood he could help me make a better decision. I went to the car and brought the sample in. Shawn was patient with me and he applied 4 different colors before I decided. A special thanks to Shawn for helping me with this decision. The staff at this store were all very busy and were helping customers. I will revisit this store for my painting needs.
