The brick…read morewe wanted was white concrete brick (low maintenance compared to painted/stained brick because it's white all the way through, no need to repaint/stain) and the wait time was pretty long from what I read. When I originally reached out to Jason, he sent me the quote and told me the wait time was only 8-10 weeks. In July he called and said the wait was now 22 weeks and wanted to know if we would like to go ahead and order even though we hadn't broke ground yet (so we wouldn't be waiting on the brick). My husband told him to go ahead and order. I reached out today to the office because I haven't heard back from Jason after multiple attempts. He finally called me and asks if I still want that brick. Then he tells me he never ordered it, he's been trying but he's been unable to. Today is October 11th, my husband told him to order July 7th....THREE MONTHS AGO. And he just told us this today only because I called the office saying I couldn't get him. I reached out to the manager who pretty much avoided answering my question why no one had told me in three months that they weren't able to get the order. He just kept telling me they had tried and the company isn't shipping to Louisiana. I then told him that they were an unprofessional company for not reaching out to the customer to tell them what was happening and he told me "I disagree ma'am, we've been in busy for 57 years". So apparently it's okay to treat your customers horribly when you've been in business for so long. It was only AFTER I told Jason I was ordering my second brick somewhere else that he said he would like to "apologize in person" because he "dropped the ball" and "I'm sorry". Then proceeded to send me other whitish bricks I guess hoping I would change my mind. So, now we are few weeks away from needing bricks and are going to have to scramble to figure something else out. I wouldn't have been upset had I known the situation because that was out of his control. But I feel like I was purposely kept out of the loop because he thought I would just have to pick something else when it didn't arrive and I would still use them. Nope! Run away! Save yourself the headache and tears!!

Then, after the driver got stuck, the next driver who showed up to tow him, towed his truck directly into an aluminum gate. Totally ruining the gate and a section of fence attached to said gate. They refused to pay for it due to a couple lies told by their drivers. We have 4 witnesses who refute their claim. They hold the leverage so they have decided to treat their customers with disrespect and with a total lack of ethical discourse. Their rep has now begun to ignore phone calls and another rep ignores voicemails.
