Imagine my surprise when my husband was extremely complimentary of the antiques. He is the type of guy that usually says 'I can make that better.' But today all I heard from my husband is 'This is quality furniture.' If my husband says it's excellent, it's excellent because he builds beautiful cabinets and furniture. When he is impressed with the art and tapestries, you have to understand, he has a degree in Fine Art. I found a lovely tapestry that I purchased at a great price. I found a pewter plate with an image of a horse that I got as a Christmas present for a guy friend who has been in many rodeos. I found a cute plate that I'm going to hang on the wall in my dining room. I want to bring my daughter to share this experience next time. And yes. I will definitely be back again. The Installation people were what made this experience horrible. I had to constantly call them to try and schedule (which took weeks, I had to call the customer service rep multiple times to get them to help only for it eventually lead to my request being handed to the owner to finally get it scheduled), once I finally got it scheduled they cancelled on me multiple times due to other projects taking longer than expected. I never got a call back to reschedule and AGAIN had to leave multiple voice messages to get them to finish what they started, finally someone from installation showed up only to as me "Whats wrong with it?", Me: "Theres no trim on it..." Installer: "oh... I think they sent me to the wrong house, yeah I dont have the stuff for this..." SO. FRIKKING. FRUSTRATING. They apologized of course, but I am done with them. Halpin's was great up until you deal with the Installation part, and they do a great job when they do finally show up, but the amount of stress just wasn't worth it when I can easily go somewhere else for just as good results.

To put this into context, my father had made from old cypress and had put lots of hand made touches on it. In addition, my mother had created a beautiful leaded glass piece to go into the door. To say the least, I am very invested in this door. Capital Glass took exquisite care and a lot of time and care to assure that the door was not harmed and the plate glass which protects the leaded glass. You even discuss that you will need to pick up the pallet In two loads. You show up a hour later to pick it up and they have none they will sell you when multiple pallets are sitting there. This has happened twice now after I purchased 14 pallets delivered in the last few months. The worst part is the manager and sales person look at you like, oh well to bad. No sorry, no let's see what we can do, no we can put you down first for the next delivery. I will never do business with Woerner again.
