I was immediately greeted and welcomed into the store, even though there were several people being assisted. There are several local vendors selling items in The Foyer, and each area has a different theme or flavor. The local artists on display are phenomenal. You can find something in all price ranges and styles as well. I found some special pieces for my mom and a gift for a student at LSU. I can't wait to go back after the holidays and shop for my house! The store is clean and easy to get around in. While sometimes the popular stalls may get a little cramped, everyone is respecting distance. Also, the numerous times I was offered assistance was great. I even saw one employee search through several ornaments to help one patron find an obscure item she thought might be there. Lucky for her, it was! I will never step foot in this store again. I ordered a couch and a chair, and when the chair…read morearrived, the fabric completely clashed with the couch. We all agreed that the fabric swatches looked perfect together IN the store, but once it arrived, the color of the chair looked completely different and it clashed with the couch. It was a "special order" so I realize it was supposed to be "non-refundable," but since the salesman that worked with me in the store helped me with coordinating the fabrics, AND agreed with me that it didn't look the same next to my couch in the living room, I thought they would offer me some type of solution since I was devastated. Instead, I was told that he would talk to his boss to "see what he could do" and after a week, he called to tell me his boss said "tough luck" and his advice was to change the lightbulbs in our living room. They could easily put it on their floor and sell it if they really wanted to help me out, but I guess they didn't care. I wasn't asking for a refund, but just a credit for another chair from their store. I thought they were well known for customer satisfaction, but not in my case. UPDATE- The manager kindly called me first thing this morning to apologize about the situation and offered me a solution/exchange for the chair. He agreed that they are committed to customer satisfaction. I am pleased now and I am still very happy with the couch i purchased.
