It has been 6 days and I have not been refunded. Upon stopping by the OWNER told me I needed to call my bank and they had done their part. Never once apologized for the mistake or my hardship of being without a large chunk of money. When I expressed frustration I was yelled at in front of other customers to "leave her store". I have never been more embarrassed or humiliated by someone who claims to be running a business. Still not once was I given an apology. Not on the day I was overcharged and not today. This place is a glorified Lancaster House that is open more than just the once a month. So disappointed to have this sort of business in our community. Shame on you.

I will never step foot in this store again. I ordered a couch and a chair, and when the chair…read morearrived, the fabric completely clashed with the couch. We all agreed that the fabric swatches looked perfect together IN the store, but once it arrived, the color of the chair looked completely different and it clashed with the couch. It was a "special order" so I realize it was supposed to be "non-refundable," but since the salesman that worked with me in the store helped me with coordinating the fabrics, AND agreed with me that it didn't look the same next to my couch in the living room, I thought they would offer me some type of solution since I was devastated. Instead, I was told that he would talk to his boss to "see what he could do" and after a week, he called to tell me his boss said "tough luck" and his advice was to change the lightbulbs in our living room. They could easily put it on their floor and sell it if they really wanted to help me out, but I guess they didn't care. I wasn't asking for a refund, but just a credit for another chair from their store. I thought they were well known for customer satisfaction, but not in my case. UPDATE- The manager kindly called me first thing this morning to apologize about the situation and offered me a solution/exchange for the chair. He agreed that they are committed to customer satisfaction. I am pleased now and I am still very happy with the couch i purchased.
