A week after that still no plan or bid. We emailed a request for a status update and were told sorry he has been busy and and now he has COVID. A asked when we could expect a bid and was told, we have "no time frame as of right now". That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. So close to month has gone by and we have never gotten anything from them. Not even an email status update unless we contact them. I get it, they don't want the job. So just call and tell us that. So, in good faith, I paid them in full (mistake) almost three weeks ago, and they said they would return to complete the job. However, they have not shown up. When I contacted them via text and phone for an update, they seemed annoyed and said, "They'd get there when they got there." They told me they would come on Sunday but didn't show up. I'm left with a messy situation with a hurricane on the way--brush and logs still, after three weeks, lying in my yard. I'm sure there's gonna be trees down and damage, but I wouldn't use these folks 'cause she just can't count on them.

He sent a crew on their own, not him personally, to install the following week and as of August 31, the job is STILL NOT FINISHED!! And he had the nerve to ask me to "tip his crew for doing such a good job." (The crew were in mom's back yard smoking pot instead of working on the fence.) Dawson has used every possible excuse about why he could not come back and finish the job every time he said he would be coming. Told the I have a driveway with a ditch on both sides. Do not block the driveway. Please put the roofing on the grass. I have 3 vehicles and not much room. Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park. Then Rob, wanted to argue with me about this request not to block my driveway. I also spoke to the people in his office that work with the sales people to make sure they don't block the driveway. He they wanted to cancel my contract and charge me a fee, even when they canceled the contract. This company is very shad their business practices and Rob Mooney, will not be around to setup the job.
