They went above and beyond to help make our yard beautiful Green and a place that we like to call home now. Mr Brandon the manager is wonderful I cannot say enough about him and how he went way over and beyond to help fulfill our needs even bringing sod to our home when we didn't have enough. Taking time out of his day to make sure that we were well accommodated and our needs were Met. I have recommended Worener Turf to all of our friends who are looking to do any type of lawn home improvement because of the service that they provided to my wife and I. We will never be able to say enough about the service that we received our backyard is beautiful around our swimming pool, due to the fact that Worener Turf and Mr Brandon and his staff made all of this possible for Us. Service here is terrible. You call and ask if a product is available, sod for example. They say…read moreyes, you tell them you are on your way. no mention of needing to pay in advance. You even discuss that you will need to pick up the pallet In two loads. You show up a hour later to pick it up and they have none they will sell you when multiple pallets are sitting there. This has happened twice now after I purchased 14 pallets delivered in the last few months. The worst part is the manager and sales person look at you like, oh well to bad. No sorry, no let's see what we can do, no we can put you down first for the next delivery. I will never do business with Woerner again.

I won't give too many details but through no fault of this nursery or the employee; this particular customer was being exceptionally difficult and was trying to essentially bypass the business' protocol so that he/she could make the impossible, possible. Needless to say, this employee was sweet and extremely professional. She handled it quickly; arranged for a manager to come talk to the patron. At that point this patron knew he/she was in the wrong within seconds and exited the facility. Meanwhile, the same employee greeted me like nothing happened and was very sociable toward me. I highly recommend this nursery.

I could tell they didn't use pesticides because the milkweed had aphids (this is a good thing because nurseries that use pesticides are bad for caterpillars and butterflies. But I digress. So now I have five swallowtails in chrysalis and am waiting for them to emerge.

Very unprofessional. I dealt with Rob Mooney, which I would…read morerun form him. Very unreliable. I got the job scheduled. Went to the office to pay for the job. Told the I have a driveway with a ditch on both sides. Do not block the driveway. Please put the roofing on the grass. I have 3 vehicles and not much room. Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park. Then Rob, wanted to argue with me about this request not to block my driveway. I also spoke to the people in his office that work with the sales people to make sure they don't block the driveway. He they wanted to cancel my contract and charge me a fee, even when they canceled the contract. This company is very shad their business practices and Rob Mooney, will not be around to setup the job. They are a disaster and run from these people. Really lack of someone managing the roofing replacement process and no one listens. When they make mistakes it is everyone's problem, but theirs.
