Sunbelt lighting is a no brainer. I had been told by several people before we built to go with them…read morefor light fixtures. From the second we walked in and to this day we feel like it was the correct decision. We had the honor of working with Mrs. Denise Wall. This lady went above and beyond to satisfy my wife's wishes (which to me, seemed like a bit much). Mrs. Denise never once gave me the impression that she was frustrated or annoyed. Every time we hit a road block with a fixture (wife not fully satisfied or second guessing one, or if the fixture was discontinued), Mrs. Denise went back to work and found 3 more to consider. She worked with us for over 6 weeks before we completed the purchase, and is still working with us after installation making sure it all went as planned. She was patient, considerate, professional, and truly a wonderful person. Each time we went to the showroom, there were several sales people available and they all seemed easy to speak to and willing to help. It just seems like that is work culture sunbelt has achieved. Pricing was either better or in-line with any other competitor. Delivery was extremely quick and easy. (Nothing we needed was back ordered at the time). All of the lights were boxed and labeled for the exact room they were for and the driver unloaded all neatly and carefully. There were no shorts on the order which included everything down the the bulbs. I would recommend anyone to do themself a favor and use Sunbelt Lighting for light fixtures. Of all the vendors we dealt with during construction, sunbelt was the best.

Then things went down hill. He said sorry I forgot my tape measure I have to come back and measure. A week later, after we called, he showed up and measured the beds for the plan. A week after that still no plan or bid. We emailed a request for a status update and were told sorry he has been busy and and now he has COVID. A asked when we could expect a bid and was told, we have "no time frame as of right now". That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. So close to month has gone by and we have never gotten anything from them. Not even an email status update unless we contact them. I get it, they don't want the job. So just call and tell us that. Very disappointed.

He provided a very fair price and said it would take about a week before they could install as they create the cultured marble at the shop. Cons: 1) $500 minimum for a job 2) They used caulk that didn't match. I've got white seals on a tan shower. 3) $250 extra beyond the minimum for a total of $750. Materials for my job were about 10 feet of 2x4 wood (basic building studs) and some caulk. 2 men and about 3 hours of labor max each. This doesn't add up to $750. Advice: negotiate the price before work starts. Make sure the caulk colors to use are understood beforehand. Everything started out fine. But the inexplicable $250 upcharge and the request to make the check out to a person instead of the LLC soured it instantly.
