Several days ago, on one of those scorching 96 degree plus days, my sister and I were driving north on Interstate 95 in a loaded large truck. The contents were irreplaceable belongings of a non profit organization. Unfortunately, we had a blow out on a deserted stretch between Jacksonville and Savannah, GA. AAA could not handle the towing of such a large vehicle. Thanks to roadside assistance, the first angel (Mike) that we encountered that day arranged for our 2nd angel to come to our rescue. Mike Hutcherson came in a small truck to assess our situation. He then took us to a safe and cool place to hang out while he went back and towed our truck to his facility. He located the odd size tires that our truck needed but unfortunately, because they had to come from over 50 miles away, they would not be available until the next morning. He then helped us make arrangements and took us to a hotel back near the interstate. As soon as the tires arrived the next day, he went out of his way to not only put them on but also check out our other systems to make sure we could make our way to Richmond safely. In addition, his pricing was extremely reasonable especially considering all of the extra attention he gave us. read more
