We stopped at a Walmart off I-95 North and asked to spend the night. When I tried to start the RV to move it to a spot recommended by the Walmart manager, it would start. In addition, while in Park it started rolling down the parking lot. The emergency brake stopped us. I tried again to start the RV, to no avail. We called AAA, but they couldn't help us because they had no service person nearby. So, we spent the night in our RV, unable to start the RV and thus unable to open the slides to get to our bedroom. We did start the generator and at least got the A/C going. Early the next morning we called numerous RV dealerships, all of which were booked ahead for 6 weeks. However, someone gave us the name and phone number for HOOK AND BOOK TRANSPORT of Darien, GA. We called them and their truck arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem. When the driver realized that he couldn't fix the problem, he called Josh, the owner, who arrived within a short time with an assistant. They got under the coach, repaired the problem, and we were on our way within an the hour. We cannot say enough about HOOK AND BOOK. They saved us from being towed, waiting 6 weeks for the coach to be repaired, and ruining our vacation, not to mention costing us thousands of unnecessary repair dollars. Josh's technician knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it in no time, and Josh gave us a price that was more than fair. What a blessing in disguise this towing company is! I was driving from New Jersey to Florida to head back to college and ran into some horrible storms in Georgia. I ended up getting a flat tire and was stuck on the side of I-95 with no idea where I was and my cat in the back of my car! My insurance connected me to Hook & Book and Josh came to our rescue within 25 minutes. I was not near any exits so it was hard to tell him where I was on I-95 but he got to us without any problems. He ran out in the pouring rain to hook my car to his tow truck, and kindly took me, my mom, and my cat, to a tire repair place.The entire car ride was pleasant and he was very kind. After finding out the tire repair place did not have time to replace my flat, Josh took it in his own hands to call his friends to see if they could change my tire.
