The owner came out asked the other associate why I wanted the Mann (German) Filter if it was cheaper, the associate said no, then the owner took the napa part out of the box examined it and said aloud made in the USA like wow i am getting a better deal. 2nd Visit I came in for one item on the store shelf's the someone was in the corner telling a story and seemed inconvenienced that i came to the register and just stared at me along with the person he was talking to as i was looking around just for someone to close my purchase finally someone came up front to close my purchase. I was told that the part I needed for my older car was its hydraulic lift motor for my 2005 PT Crusier, Convertible's top lift mechasim. This turned out to be the wrong item. The problem was not the lift motor but a small hydraulic lift cylinder. The wrong part that I ordered from Auto King cost me $466. Upon contacting Auto King about returning the unopened part, I was told they did not take parts back. All sales are final per their contact, which is made very clear in the invoice.
