Luckily I called then and they were able to get me in at the same time I requested the appt online. The customer service was great here. Josh was very helpful and reliable both on phone and in person. Main reason why I came here was for the fact that they accept MYGMC rewards points. They are an hour out of my way. But for some reason the GMC dealership closer to home do not do the points. The service went by quick. Took about an hour really. If you do not mind walking, there is a levy where you can over look the Sacramento river. I am going to say its like less then a 15min walk. I walked and enjoy the river waiting for the oil change. By the time I got back to the dealer car was already done. I would defiantly come back. Thank you josh for helping me with the points.

While traveling home from Oregon I noted a dealership in Colusa and tried calling. I spoke with Ryan Larson and ended up stopping by to have my pickup appraised. I was greeted by Ryan and Sales Manager Zach in the lot. We made a gentleman's agreement on a handshake regarding my trade in, since they were going to have to locate a truck for me. The following day, a pickup fitting my need was located and brought to the dealership. I live over two hours away and had to put a lot of trust into Ryan to ensure everything was correct. Ryan and Zach were always available and very easy to communicate with. After all was said and done, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour.. And after numerous phone calls answering our probably ridicules questions and seeing the detail job done and service and whatever else.. It was brought to my attention Ryan was dealing with a loss in his family all while making sure my experience mattered. Took my wife's 2013 Mini Cooper to Dave's Auto Service with an electrical problem. He put it on a…read moretest machine and couldn't find anything wrong. I assumed the battery was good (a local Auto Parts tested it and said it was OK). After Dave's shop couldn't find anything wrong, I just replaced the battery and no problem now. I expected some type of diagnostic charge, but there was none. It's hard to find a car repair facility that will not take advantage of such a situation. NO CHARGE? If and when I have a Real problem with a car, I will trust them to treat me right. Guess that's an advantage of living in a very small town.

Replaced the bad tire took me to the shop where we bought a 2nd tire and replaced it and put the good tire on the trailer for a new spare. We were assured the vehicle was in good condition. When we arrived, it was immediately clear that the SUV had significant damage and had major cosmetic issues that were never disclosed and avoided in the photos/videos. These were not minor details that could have been overlooked--they were obvious problems that should have been communicated upfront. Knowing how far we were traveling, it would have been basic courtesy and professionalism to be transparent. Instead, we spent an entire day and a lot of energy on a trip that could have been avoided with honest communication. Buyers should make sure they get extremely detailed information and proof of condition before traveling, as our experience showed that the information provided was not accurate. Proceed with caution the lack of transparency. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time and money for gas.

I dropped off my mower on a Tuesday. I had told it would be ready by Friday. The mower has already…read morebeen down for a week. We had new parts to order because a was paying for a maintenance service and whatever new parts I needed to get the mower working. I called Friday, no answer I called Saturday no answer then i messaged the business thru the Yelp app and got a response to pick up lower at 1:00. I showed up at 130 and he was still working on it.. he told me he didn't order any new parts and he replaced my blades with better used blades. Changed oil and air filter. That was it. The mower started right up. But when I got it home it wouldn't start. I message the business back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. They will be there all day. I showed up today to bring the mower back. And the business was closed. Mind you I have a one way 25 minute drive to get to the business and for no one to be there very unprofessional. And it costs me my time and effort. I was carded $80 for the fixes that did work out. And I gave the guy a $20 tip cause I'm trying to build relationships.
