Charged my battery, gave me all info needed for me to purchase the battery in Sacramento, my son there will pick it up tomorrow AM early and either my son and I or Effie will remove the old battery and replace it with the new one! When we arrived, it was immediately clear that the SUV had significant damage and had major cosmetic issues that were never disclosed and avoided in the photos/videos. These were not minor details that could have been overlooked--they were obvious problems that should have been communicated upfront. Knowing how far we were traveling, it would have been basic courtesy and professionalism to be transparent. Instead, we spent an entire day and a lot of energy on a trip that could have been avoided with honest communication. Buyers should make sure they get extremely detailed information and proof of condition before traveling, as our experience showed that the information provided was not accurate. Proceed with caution the lack of transparency. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time and money for gas.
