I called him ( many repair shops in town are closed on Fridays), he drove over, analyzed the problem, dead battery! He didn't carry the battery needed, looked online. He could not find the exact battery needed by phone, made many phone calls. Charged my battery, gave me all info needed for me to purchase the battery in Sacramento, my son there will pick it up tomorrow AM early and either my son and I or Effie will remove the old battery and replace it with the new one! I am NO mechanic, Effie told me how to do all of this. I will try, with my son and we will call Effie if necessary! What a gem!!! No treasure hunting intended, but FOUND!

Found a vehicle at Hoblit that I wanted to look at on Carfax.com. Justin Hodge reached out and…read morescheduled an appointment for the next day. We arrived to the vehicle ready to test drive. Justin recommended a spot to drive to (we're not familiar with Colusa) and the test drive went great. We decided right away that we wanted the vehicle and upon returning to the sales department, Justin got all the info and everything to the finance dept. We had two littles with us and they were comfy on the couch and one of the guys escorted them to a vending machine for snacks. Justin answered all of our questions and made great recommendations and addressed my concerns. The whole crew made the buying experience so easy and comfortable. We will definitely be doing business there again in the future.

I assumed the battery was good (a local Auto Parts tested it and said it was OK). After Dave's shop couldn't find anything wrong, I just replaced the battery and no problem now. I expected some type of diagnostic charge, but there was none. It's hard to find a car repair facility that will not take advantage of such a situation. NO CHARGE? If and when I have a Real problem with a car, I will trust them to treat me right. Guess that's an advantage of living in a very small town.

Above and Beyond Customer Service!…read more While traveling down to Stockton, California, we were hauling our horse trailer on our way to pick up a new rescue horse for our rescue when my back passenger tire suddenly started losing PSI. After trying to air it up at a gas station, I was able to make it to within just 3 miles of Les Schwab. The manager came out personally and provided roadside service, airing my tire back up. But he didn't stop there. He actually followed us back to the Les Schwab location to make sure we made it there safely, especially knowing we were hauling a horse trailer and had an important rescue mission ahead of us. Once we got to the store, he went above and beyond to take care of the tire and make sure everything was safe and properly handled. He understood that we were trying to get to Stockton to pick up a horse in need, and he did everything he could to get us safely back on the road so we could continue our journey and bring our new rescue home. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for our safety -- and for getting us to our rescue horse -- meant more than he probably realizes. I 100% recommend Les Schwab in Colusa County! I live about 95 miles away, but when it's time for me to replace all four tires on my truck, I will absolutely be making the trip back to this location. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. When someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, especially when they're in a difficult situation, they deserve to be recognized. Thank you for taking such incredible care of us and helping us get safely back on the road to complete our rescue mission! You definitely earned a customer for life!

They could have easily sold me on replacing my timing chain, gears and all the parts that it takes to rebuild that area but instead I was advised that it would be best to have the transmission checked out first before spending $2500 to $3000 with them.
