I also inquire about work on our garage (though it's not leaking, but it's in need of replacement). Written and later official estimate was given, and the cost, part, work was exactly as quoted (aside from plywood needed for the garage) On is very genuine and respectful. Out of the 4 days of work done, On is pretty much there every day to inspect and verify proper work is done by the crew.
