But rain chains are heavy and aluminum gutters are flexible, so when another installer attempted this, it drooped. Luckily I called Waterflow. They quoted an excellent price. His availability was 3 weeks out, but I didn't mind waiting. He stopped by a week before to show me color swatches and take measurements . When they came they installed it in under an hour. They easily figured out how to support the rain chain invisibly from within the gutter, using a metal strap that bound it to the roofline. It looks great! Note that if you are getting a quote through the Yelp app, he might be slow to respond during busy times. I had a few messages that he had read, but not replied to for a few days, but I kept pinging him, and he eventually replied. I'm glad I didn't move on to the next quote, it was worth it.
